Great vegan tofu bowl! The service is always good and so is the food. Only drawback is that it's sometimes difficult to get nearby parking during lunch hour. The parking lot fills up quickly.
I always get the Signature Salad here. I'm sure other items here are tasty, but I just love that salad. The staff here really try hard to get things done right. As someone who likes the dressing mixed into my salad to go I am definitely not in the norm. They put it on the side once after I asked to have it tossed and since I pointed it out to them they have been terrific at getting my order exactly right.
My friend and I both ordered the turkey, bacon, cheddar sandwich to go and paid separately. Her's came out first and we sat and sat and sat, nothing about mine. I was approached by one of the cashiers and unfortunately I had just thrown my receipt away. My order got lost somewhere. She was still so pleasant and ordered me up my sandwich, had out to me shortly, and gave me a free entree coupon for the trouble. I work in hospitality and this was such an excellent experience and example of service recovery. The sandwich is delicious and so is the raspberry mojito lemonade!
This Cosi location is easy to find in the shopping center. The food at COSI is very good and fresh. This location is no exception. The atmosphere here is cozy, however, they do not have a fireplace. I'm pretty sure they have an open wi-fi but I cannot confirm that either. The food here is consistently fresh and the bread is excellent. The soups are pretty good as well. The price can be a little expensive for what you get, but if you want good fresh food I guess this is what's going to be the case these days. The parking is a little tight.
