I have been coming to this location for specialty cakes for quite a few years now. I drive past a few Baskin Robbins to come to this location specifically because both management and the employees have always provided me with amazing customer service. The owner is involved in the operation and is just such a nice person. The staff is very professional but most of all, they are just all so nice. I could get the same cake made at any Baskin Robbins, but it's well worth the drive to this location to know that what I am wanting, will be done right, and that my little bit of business I give them is appreciated. Baskin could do right by using this as a model ice cream shop.
The past two years I’ve ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from this location and the team have been amazing at bringing each theme to life. We can’t wait to order again this year!
I wanted a Panda face ice cream cake. The person who made it did an awesome job. My daughter loved it.
i went to this store yesterday to order a cake and when i was looking at the cakes, the designs were so beautiful and unique. there was assistances as soon as i went to look at the cakes and it made choosing so much easier. i tried the cake and it tastes beyond delicious. more than gladly to come again!!
edit: came to this store once again and i am beyond impressed at the customer service here. along with that this is the only baskin robbins i’ve come across that had so many flavors of ice cream! i love it!
We have frequented this store quite a bit over the last several years. It has recently been taken over by new owners. The new owner is so incredibly nice! The previous owner was nice as well, but the new owner seems to be much more outgoing. He has also really spruced up the store. It looks GREAT!
This store deserves more than 5 stars, The store is super clean and the workers are so nice. The ice creams and drinks all always off the top amazing! Thank you for all the goodness I can't wait to go again!
