The food was delicious and made fresh! We ordered the 2 for 68$, and it was more than enough for 2. Our server was kind and attentive, who made our 1st time experience wonderful. We will be back to try the tomahawk steak and can't wait 😋. Walked in on a Saturday and surprisingly no wait time nor was it packed, atmosphere was very chill.
My experience at this location is very good. We come here for birthdays and Thanksgiving every year. All the staff is polite and works hard to bring your food hot from the table. I recently ordered for delivery, the stuff for my loaded bake potato was missing and my steak was cooked to the right temperature, but was a little tough. This has never happened to me at this location!! Typically my steak cuts like butter and is still delicious as leftovers the next day. I called and the manager Sean was very understanding and gracious. He fixed the problem. The quality of the meat I don't hold against them because it was cooked to the correct temperature. Everything else was delicious and the garlic and jalapeno butters are the bomb!! Save room for the cowboy chocolate chip skillet! This will not deter me from coming for my sister's birthday in February.
We had a great meal as there was a BOGO deal offered. It was a Wednesday so all wine was half off! My steak was slightly overdone medium rare rather than rare, but it had a fabulous char providing a delicious flavor! We come about one a month or maybe two months and always enjoy our meal.
Wednesday of last week we had the opportunity to dine at Black Angus in Glendale, AZ again, and it was a pleasure. We were greeted warmly by Shawn at the front desk, seated comfortably and served flawlessly by Samantha (you can call me Sam). During our visit we met other staff members who were exceptionally pleasant and helpful as well. We have been to this restaurant several times before and it certainly did not disappoint on this visit either. The food was very, very good from cocktails through dessert and Irish coffee (although I would not recommend ordering the baked potato as it is never prepared well). It was a most enjoyable evening out and we wish to thank everyone for the fine food and gracious hospitality.
This particular black Angus is right in line with all the others I have experienced in Arizona. Clean, good service, and good food for a Sunday afternoon lunch crowd. I always enjoy their cob steak salad.
Got in around 2 p.m. for lunch/supper. Enjoyed a few drinks since our food took some time to come out. When our food came out our steaks were well done. We let our waitress know, and she took them back and brought us back some very delicious juicy steaks. The crispy honey Brussel sprouts are a must have 😋.

Server was awesome but I asked for salmon well done as could be. It was not and quite slimy. The green beans and baked potato were good as well as the drinks. Due to catching a movie I just took it home with me and dropped it off in my fridge to catch movie on time. We really liked our server named Lisa. She was so friendly and personable. We will be back!!! Hope to sit in Lisa’s area!!!
I haven't been disappointed with anything we've had. The salmon is amazing. Prime rib is delicious. Ribs and chicken is wonderful! We love the cowboy cookie they gave the birthday boy so much, we ordered another one to share!
Aside from great food, our server Lisa was amazing. Loved Loved Loved her!
The meal was good . Sons steak a little more cooked than preferred, but he may not have told the waitress correctly. We have gone here quite a lot over the years, and I think the only time I could complain about anything. Waitress was slow and not on her game, and food was slow to come out along with check when we were ready to go.
