My girls, wife and I love this place and think Charlene's the best! Entire menu's delicious - kids Panko, turkey club, and poke are great!drinks there are amazing, too. Try the Manhattan, the old fashioned and the GM 75. Tge best:)
Shout out to the Mom Day brunch at Bar Verde Americana. Comp mimosa, bouquet, perfume, shampoo sample, chocolate covered strawberry, framed pic they take at the table, bottled water and killer price fixe menu, only $20/adult $6/kid, and the service and food were great. Support this weird little place in a department store and keep it around!
I love the food, the service, and the 3-hour parking validation at the Americana. Plus, my preschooler always finishes her plate there and there is always enough room for the stroller for my infant. It's a win-win-win for everyone!
My daughter Joy, was bugging me to see this place... it's sooo, relaxing and food is great and the drink which I forgot the name, two glass make me little drunk....

Bar Verde is a hidden gem at the americana at brand. It’s all the way at the top of the Nordstrom’s. You might wonder if a restaurant is any good if it’s located at the top of a Nordstrom‘s. I was skeptical at first as well, but after giving it a shot, I have to say it’s one of the top three restaurants at the americana. Their menu is very dynamic and always changes according to the season and adding any chef specialties. The staff is extremely friendly, place is clean, and food is delivered in a timely fashion (I came during lunch and the place was half full.)

Affordable, considering it's at the Americana, all the food is pretty good. Had the Nordstrom Burger and Steak salad, both of which were reasonably priced and tasted great. They also have a really nice view of the grassy area so if the is an event or live music, you'll be able to enjoy it from there without the crowd. Overall good service and experience.
We have enjoyed every item we have ordered during our visits. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and flavorful.
Haven't been back to this mall/restaurant since pandemic. Husband and I enjoyed lunch date. We sat outside w backdrop of fresh Spring air and relaxing ambience. Lobster bisque was flavorful and super rich & filling (cup size is good for 1-2 persons already to save room for rest of meal). We tried shrimp salad and shrimp taglietalle, ample amount of shrimps. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Price was average compared to other cafes/restaurants. Cheesecake at the end was the best, it came w caramel sauce which was not too sweet. Overall, customer service was 4.5 stars, waiter was attentive. We'll be back...
Tip: During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale they have a great happy hour - great deal and yummy food.
After a day of shopping this has to be one of the best places to come eat. Towards the end we had an extremely professional waiter who was very attentive and got us our food quickly. The meals were well plated, full of flavor, and had healthy options. I would also recommend the desert as a full experience and kick to the taste buds!
