We have camped all over AK. This place is absolutely the pinnacle of all our trips during the summer. Each site is very well maintained. You get full hook ups, and creek access. We had room to spread out and fish the creek. If you wanted privacy you had it (nice wooded areas). Or if you wanted to camp with a big group and share site access, you could! I’ve never been to a place that was so friendly and accommodating. They even had activities for the kids!! (If they weren’t already floating the creek), which is so fun and relaxing. Plus you get hot showers, bathroom, and a laundry room. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Very very kind people. We had a fantastic time there and will definitely be returning multiple times per yr. even when making Valdez trips we will stay here and just drive the truck to Valdez. My recommendation is, if you are going to Valdez, just camp here and day trip to Valdez. This place beats anything you will find in Valdez or anywhere in the surrounding area.

Family and I enjoyed our stay. We took the opportunity to tune down the creek. Very enjoyable stay with lots to do. The campsite-wide WiFi would have been nice to use, if it were working.
Excellent staff, excellent value for money
What a delightful campground. The water was so refreshing and the camp host were some of the nicest I’ve been around. My family and I camp all around Alaska every year in tents and rate them. I’d definitely give this a five. It was a short to the bathroom but that was fine. Everyone was enjoying themselves and I would definitely go there again.
Nice quiet area to camp on the creek. Nothing to do outside of camping though. They have a restroom and a shower in the center next to the office. Nothing for kids to do outside of stuff they bring out on Saturday. A bit pricey 27 for a tent spot and not even a park for the kids. But again quiet and pretty is what i wanted and thats what i got.
Great place, Great people! We'll be back.
