The vegetable enchiladas were excellent. I found the rice to be slightly warm with a texture like it had been sitting on the plate a bit too long. But I'll be back for more of those enchiladas!
And the salsa that was served with the chips--very, very good.
The outdoor patio looks lovely, I hope to enjoy it on a cooler evening.
Quick road trip to Superior. Because of the rain we couldn't enjoy the botanical garden as planned so we went exploring. The food was yummy but my husband said "it was busting" at this restaurant. The chimi was like a barbacoba flavor and the chicken chille relleno had so much flavor. We will go back another time.
Outdoor patio seating is an excellent option as the weather cools down. The beef fajitas were good and an ample portion allowed for a take home box. Arrive early during the fall/spring months for quicker seating. They also have a new hitter sauce available by request.
Great little place hidden away in the Gold Canyon strip mall. The food was great and the service was top-notch. We each had the taco/tostada/enchilada combo, and both the shredded chicken and shredded beef tacos were really fresh and delicious. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're ever in Gold Canyon. My wife said the margaritas are some of the best she's had.
Nice little place with good food and good service at a reasonable price.
They have an outside patio with additional seating and heaters for this time of year.
Will go back, especially since it's so close to home.
First time dining here, I gave it four stars cause the fajitas were over seasoned but the the rice and beans were amazing. Loved the chips and salsa, hot and fresh. My husband got the taco, enchilada, tostado combo and he enjoyed his meal. I tasted the beef taco and the beef was flavorful and juicy. We will be going back, so many choices to choose from!!!
We celebrated a friend's birthday here and the staff was so very accommodating. They stored and presented the dessert we brought, took pics, and were so helpful. Food was outstanding. Our server, Pam, was awesome!
Cute atmosphere, they had live music outside when we went. Which was a nice bonus. Food was good. Service was great! Hannah was super sweet!

We were one of their first customers. This is our neighborhood restaurant. Staff is great. Food is amazing. Inside and outside dining.
Truly happy with our first of many visits to this amazing restaurant! The chips n salsa was very addictive. Our food was jaw dropping not only on plate presentation but taste was amazing!

Love this little spot for some drinks and apps! It is a cute Mexican spot in the Gold Canyon neighborhood. If you live in the canyon near Bashas', you can walk to it!
We did not try entrees so I am not able to comment on those but the Pinot Grigio white wine was very nice and the margaritas are just as good! Love the complementary chips and salsa, this is a nice traditional touch that some other cafes/restaurants no longer do.
What a lovely view of the Superstition Mountain range as well while enjoying a cold drink!
This has very good food. Margaritas were great. The outdoor seating is nice, especially by the fire at night. Service is a bit slow but it is a very bust place but worth the wait. The servers were attentive and friendly. We will go back again. So far the best Mexican food we have had in the Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon area.
We were there for lunch and their all-day menu includes pretty large quantities (for us, at least!) but sharing is fine with no add-on charges. Food was great tasting, hot and quick to be served. Service was quick and friendly, and we ate out on the patio, also.
OMG! I moved here from California and out of any other places I had been before. This place is my favorite the food is delicious. Akari was the best ever she was friendly always stayed on top of everything you should go see her she works only on Saturdays. I won't say the Same about the hostess her name is Addison. We walked in and she told us to go pick a table and she will send someone over. Pretty bad for the amazing place but I did let them know and they will take care of it. But if you happen to be around this place go try it out you won't be desapointed
