Get the curly fries ! The avocado burger was amazing! And the bacon was amazing! Feeling like I found a little slice of heaven .... so glad we picked Burger queen over some McDonald's when we pulled off the freeway for a bite ! Fast service and extremely kind ! Very very clean !!! Everything came out just as we ordered and was delicious!
Been coming here for years. The cooking is consistent and everything is made fresh. I love their mint milkshakes too! They updated the menu and it looks great. The women that work here are always friendly and kind no matter how busy they are. Burger Queen has been a staple in Gonzales for years, and even through different changes, food is always great!
Wow this place is so good! Little hole in the wall next to a gas station. Those type of places always make the best food! Their bacon cheeseburger was so 🔥 and their steak sandwich was fresh and delicious 😋 and they have delicious "old school" fries. 🍟 A must try!
Really good old fashioned burger experience, especially if you are looking for somewhere where they offer a non-fastfood atmosphere. Workers are nice and professional and the food is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good freshly made to order burger.
The burgers we're good. I got the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry shake. The onion rings are thick cut, strawberry shake was thick and made with real scooped ice cream. From reading other reviews, yes the customer service could have been slightly more pleasant, but that's neither here nor there. I wanted a big burger and I got a big burger. I'd definitely go again for the food.
Had the steak sandwich it was super tasty. Props to the cook/cashier for getting down like that on entire order. followed all proper sanitation and covid 19 requirements from what I saw.
Awesome food. You never see places like this anymore. Portions were big and tasted great. The strawberry milkshake had big chunks of strawberries in it and was fantastic. Glad we stopped here instead of the regular fast food places at the exit!
