This place is amazing and the staff is even better! We have become regulars because they literally remember us everytime we come and what we order. They always make it a point to play with my son too, not only making it our favorite place but my sons as well! Would never go anywhere else. The staff is what makes this place( and the good food!) This is a great establishment! They have several hibachi grills with plenty of seating. The prices are reasonable & the staff is very courteous. The chef we had was very entertaining & a wonderful cook. I had the filet mignon & my wife had the crab meat. This is a good environment for the entire family. My wife, daughter and myself ate for $50 & that's hard to do at a good dine-in restaurant these days

Last review was not correct. Ordered shrimp and rice. At first was disapointed cus the shrimp was somewhat small. But the flavor was great. The rice made me worry cus there no veggies. But the yum yum sauce was really good with it. I felt aweful cus I wrote a 2 star review at first. But the food taste was good. Thank you.
I went to Fuji’s for lunch with friends and had a great time! The chef put on a show as he prepared the meal in front of us! It was very good!
I have been going for a very long time now and every time I've been it is 100% in my book. The food is fresh, the staff is welcoming and the price you can't beat. My parents went all the time, their picture is even on the wall. Every time i go i think of them and how happy they were. Even with him gone, i still feel like he's there. Love it
Doesn't look the greatest from the outside, but very clean and well kept on the inside. Food was pretty good. I got the steak n shrimp lunch combo, about $17 after drink and tip. Combo comes with salad, soup, bowl of rice, and vegetables, plus the main course of your choice. Shrimp was really good, 5 out of 5 stars, steak was 4 out of 5 stars, imo. All in all, worth it, and would eat there again.
The food is awesome! However, the staff is not very friendly... I said "thank you" probably 10 times and the server never said anything back (not a "you're welcome" "no problem"). Also, they always make it like a huge deal if we don't want dairy, such as eggs in our rice. And when we say that we just want vegetables (because we're vegan) they try to push us to get the chicken since it's only like $1 extra. It's just a bit irritating since this is the 3rd time this has happened. I love the food, so I'll continue to come back. They just need to work on customer service and look up what vegan/vegetarian is. Also, the dining room/hibachi floors and bathrooms are super dirty and old. And they play 107.5 songs in there instead of Japanese music...
Driving past Fuji did not make me want to enter, but boy am I glad we did. My daughter and I enjoyed the early bird special, with no wait and never felt rushed. The staff was the best I've experienced in all of the Nashville and surrounding area. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi and my daughter had the chicken. The portions were than expected for a lunch special. Don't let that old building fool you. It may be older, but the inside is clean! Amazing food and service!
I am not sure how I happened on this pace some years ago, but I make the drive from Clarksville to Rivergate JUST to eat there. The food is inexpensive, but there is no difference in quality or taste from the restaurants that charge 2 to 3x as much. Whenever I take friends.it becomes THEIR go-to spot as well. The Yum-yum sauce with the 'Spicy' fried rice is everything! Entertaining chefs, not very long wait times, and fresh food make it an all-around experience you're sure to enjoy!

Always get seated right away. Most of the cooks are always picking on someone! Lol The food is good! The spicy fried rice with yum yum sauce is very addicting! My leftovers are worth fighting for the next day. My husband loves the hot sauce!
One of my favorite. Best TRUE Hibachi restaurant in the area. Filet with veggies and rice amongst my normal selections. Lunch prices are really good but portions are smaller. Can eat at the grill or at a normal table style setting while still getting the same hibachi feel. Rice is great and "Spicy" rice is a must here.
Can also order to go and has Sushi menu if you like that.
