Food was very good staff was courteous and friendly loved it

Being from out of town I wanted to try some of the local seafood Quick Service restaurants. I was not disappointed the food was hot service was quick they had all the amenities needed for proper dressing of the fish and lobster bites and a surprise something you won't find at Long John Silver's real cut lemons! I ordered the Lobster Feast you get like three shrimp five or six little lobster bites and a piece of fish $4.99 not a bad deal. And there were a few hushpuppies as well. I thought everything was competently prepared, the fish was quite good the lobster bites were kind of unusual and not really my favorite the shrimp were quite good though everything was hot service was Snappy. For a fast food restaurant they deserve top rating. The restaurant while definitely dated was clean and the appearance was light blue and refreshing. Restaurant is kept clean and well maintained I hope they're here next time I come to Tennessee.
His Captain D's is a nice place to eat. The prices are so good and you get lots of quality food. I had the "seafood trio" for only $6.99 with shrimp, catfish, breaded white fish, broccoli and a baked potatoe for $0.79 extra. My wife had the "Grilled White Fish" for only $8.79 with similar sides as mine. Our total bill including a drink was only $22.66.
Thank you Captain D' for choosing to be a great deal in these times where everything else is overpriced. Please don't ever go out of business

Decided to try for the first time went through the drive thru and service was friendly, food was quick , hot , and good . :)
Drive thru employees are always kind and friendly. Service is fast and food is always delicious. The outside of the restaurant as well as the inside always looks nice abs clean. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get in a meal.
I was greeted with a smile. It was nice and clean. There was no wait to take my order it wasn't a long wait for my order. I asked for a breadstick and got hush-puppies. I will still go back... The food was great.
I love my local Captain D's, the friendliest staff and the food is always fresh! They never disappoint!
Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant. A big shout out to Jessica J. She told us she was the manager when I refused to let her take my food tray for me. I had noticed she was working all positions there! She was helping any where and doing anything to help support her crew to assure good customer service! Now that’s is going over and beyond your job! Now what I’ve seen from Ms Jessica, that’s what makes a good manager! Keep up the good job at 3670! I enjoy good food and great staff! To Ms. Jessica: (a big thank you! )
Pretty fast considering it was only 3 or 4 people working.. food quality was good. I paid for the wrong order but the they caught it almost immediately.. was refunded my difference then my tarter sauce was left out so I actually had to go in.. But asside from that it was all good..
I went on Wednesday and wanted to order the 2 piece fish, 2 piece chicken meal. The guy at the register asked if I wanted the Senior Meal 2 piece chicken, 1 piece fish with a drink. I'm not sure if I should be happy I get offered a discount or upset that I look like I am ten years older than I am. Oh well, took the discount. The food was decent, though one of the chicken strips were skimpy. The guy at the register was really nice and even brought me my food.
I just went thru drive thru. They had this one car they were waiting on forever. Instead of them asking them to pull up and wait, they kept them in line. That's why I gave them a 4 star. There were 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind of me. Their food is always great!
Employees were nice and food was properly done, even though they appeared to short on staff. Building maintenance is terribly deferred in a few spots; 12 inch rings of mold in cieling spots and on walls near bathroom.
Men's room was not filthy, but urinal did not appear to work properly (would not flush all contents) , also big crack in the toilet is screaming 'im leaking now and about to leak a lot more'.
Kudos to the staff, one girl working front orders and drive thru, while the cook was also caring for the dining room and taking out the big cans from there.
Food was good and all eating there appeared satisfied. Often times D's food is worth the wait, so have patience with the staff they appear to be doing multiple people's jobs.. while the people who are supposed to be maintaining the building and outside lights that keep flashing (need replacing!) Those folks are failing.
