What can I say? McDonald's is very consistent with their food and service. I don't eat it much but this one is pretty on par. Food was fresh and service was quick. What else do you need to know?
My daughter ordered 2 big macs but received fish sandwiches instead. I drove back up there to get the correct order and the staff was apologetic and gave me the big macs and 2 cards for a free combo meal to be used whenever because of the inconvenience. Very busy McDonalds but they were fully staffed. Restaurant was very clean. Another McDonalds with the ice cream machine broke though lol. Didn't get the name of the shift manager but it was at 7pm 03/04/2022.
Grafton Mcdonalds is awesome!!!!! Hot Fries. Full full containers. Juicy burgers. Never has the frappe machines down. Great job Grafton. Manager
