My family, including my 3 year old, truly enjoyed our experience tonight. The appetizers were wonderful and I encourage you to get the one of the samplers, with flavors ranging from spicy (sausage and cheese dip) and to sweet (brie and pear baguette) to savory (bruschetta). The soups were superb, especially the sausage soup which had a nice subtle mix of flavors. The entrees were also excellent, especially the stuffed lobster and the shrimp and grits. Honestly, the dessert also deserves the highest praise and our family had the good fortune to share a number of options. The bread pudding was perfect. The key lime pie was the best we've ever had with a lovely lime flavor without the excessive bite and sugar so common to the dish. The carrot cake was also not too sweet, but just right, and the pecan pie even had a rum flavor that was lovely. The servers obviously want to make the experience the best they can for patrons and the owner truly loves what he does, and wants to ensure the highest quality food and service possible. The prices also were the best value I have ever seen for the quality of food served. You could actually spend less than you would at a chain restaurant (depending on what you ordered) and still enjoy cuisine of the highest quality. We are excited to return in the future and try other items on the menu.
We took a group of 8 to Christina’s last night. The food was phenomenal. The best meal we’ve ever had in Granbury. We all tried one another’s dishes because everyone’s meal looked so delicious! The prime rib and stuffed lobster were to die for! In addition to the food, the pianist was outstanding. He played everything! Wonderful atmosphere.
Christina's Bistro is my favorite place to eat in Granbury. Aside from the amazing chef quality food and service, it has a warm and inviting Granbury style atmosphere. It's where I bring all my clients for lunch and all my friends and family when they come into town for dinner. It's great for your hot date with your honey, or great for a girls night out. I've never had a bad experience with their food. It is a must try if you've never been here. It's worth driving to Granbury for.
It is a rare thing when I get to rant and rave about a business but this is one of those times. Madeline and I just got home from an exceptional meal at Christina's Bistro on the square in Granbury Texas. Gary has done an amazing job with this fine restaurant, he and his amazing staff knocked our socks off with a dinning surprise for our little town. Madeline had the Lobster Salad, and I had the Stuffed Salmon. First of all the staff seated us in an area not to close to the live music, the restaurant’s ambiance is warm and inviting with natural stone walls and beautiful woodwork throughout. The first thing we noticed was how Madeline’s wine was served at the perfect temperature. Then we were seated far faster than we thought possible without reservations. When the food was served, the plating was a work of art, and the serving size was enough to feed a Texas Ranch-hand. The food temps were perfect on both our meals and our drinks were well attended to from start to finish. Our server was a true professional, caring but not working too hard or being a distraction from our conversation or food. The seasoning was perfect, Madeline didn’t even desire salad dressing for her meal nor did my fish need anything. After dinner, we split a slice of chocolate cake from his Pastry Chef and had a properly brewed cup of Columbian Coffee. We had a very pleasant conversation with our new friends Tammy and Robert at the table next to us. They told us about Gary’s Sunday Brunch, guess where we are going soon! I hope you will join us soon at Christina’s and take the time to meet Gary, his enthusiasm is contagious, and I think you too will have one of the finest dining experiences of your life.
Probably one of the best meals I have ever had. We started with the bacon wrapped quail sliders which were to die for. Main course we ordered the lobster roll, French onion soup and the lobster avocado salad. All AMAZING. Dessert...creme brule and chocolate chip bread pudding. OMG. They practically had to roll us out of this place. Absolutely fantastic. We will definitely make the hour drive to eat here again and again.
Everything we get is SO delicious!!! So worth the hour drive to this delightful bistro!! The owners are first class all the way!! My favorite place
The best food on the square!!! Upscale fine dinning. There's not a bad thing on the menu. Tip always get dessert its to die for!!!
Christina's Bistro is one of my top three most favorite places on the Granbury Square. The food is amazing, service is always great, and the atmosphere is really fun and laid back. I highly recommend it!
We moved to Granbury last year and of course have been very used to the best restaurants! We have tried every place here and finally found Christina's! We eat there often and find all choices to be rated with Dallas and some choices to be beyond Dallas! You must try the Quail Sliders which are outstanding to say the least!
All of the soups are so tasty and yummy! Creme Brûlée is wonderful!
The chief really knows what he's doing! What a Gem in the little town of Granbury,Tx.
Our favorite restaurant in Granbury, amazing food, service and friendly. Great atmosphere I just can't say enough about what a wonderful restaurant this is. Never have we been disappointed with any dish we have order.... So, so thankful we have Christina's in Granbury.....Going tomorrow for brunch..
My new favorite gathering place. I've been eating lunch there for a while and just recently tried the dinner menu which is spot on. Great service. Unique specialty drinks. Will definitely be returning again and again.
Great food, great service...and live music on Tuesday evenings!
I highly recommend the ribeye dip sandwich.
It is just simply......incredible!
The Taste of Christina's is our favorite thing - it's a huge combination of 3 of their appetizers. Well that and the turkey roll-ups with raspberry chipolte sauce. They are great too. And the brisket quesadilla is fantastic. The bread pudding is terrific too. In fact we haven't been disappointed with anything we've had there, and we've eaten there quite a few times.
Best brunch ever!! Everything we ordered was amazing and the tasty mimosas topped everything off perfectly. Sweet and helpful staff as well :). We will be going back as much as we can!
Christina's Bistro is a quiet little deli located in the back of the retail store, Christina's. Once you walk into Christina's, the wafting of fresh bread hits you right in the face.
We went there today for the first time and the food was AMAZING!! I am allergic to seafood and shellfish so I was hesitant to eat here because there are so many seafood dishes on the menu. I told the waiter and they made sure that my food was prepared with no cross contamination, plenty of glove changes, and careful preparation. I got the waffle and fried chicken combo for brunch. Yummmm! ❤️This restaurant is or new favorite! 👍🏼
We enjoyed brunch this past Sunday at Christina’s American Table in Granbury! We were greeted by a friendly staff member and once seated, our waitress provided excellent service. We ordered 3 brunch menu items (because we love leftovers). The buttermilk fried chicken & waffles dish was simply amazing. The prime rib hash was unique & delicious with perfectly cooked beef! We did not think the jalapeño cheddar biscuits and gravy was a stand out dish like the other two, mainly because it was too salty (but that was likely just a miss on the seasoning that day). We would recommend Christina’s for a good brunch option in Granbury!
We’re in town for Christmas and heard great things about this restaurant and they were absolutely accurate! The flavor of everything is perfection! The service was top notch and the environment was very aesthetic and inviting! Will definitely be returning next time we come to visit!
This place blew us away.... We are from Galveston and the crab cakes were tied for the best we have ever had.... I had the braised ribs with jalapeno cheese grits.... DELICIOUS!!! My wife had the lobster roll that was also amazing, lobsters get shipped daily to this place. A must to try, ya might want to make a reservation to lock in a table.
Just had the most delicious lunch at Christina’s American Table. This is my first time in Granbury and I am very lucky that I picked this adorable bistro from maps. The customer service was exceptional as well. If you go for lunch, the chicken salad sandwich was to die for, as was the creme brûlée. If I’m ever back in Granbury I will definitely eat here again 🙌🏻💯
Absolutely wonderful food. The staff are possibly the friendliest staff as well. Brice, our server, was to notch.
Had a wonderful time with my wife on a Sunday lunch where I had a loaded bloody mary! Who knew there was such a thing? Service was prompt amd friendly, and the atmosphere was great.
Completely full with a 45 minute wait. And you can see why. I had the prime rib dip sandwich with a spinach salad with a strawberry dressing and my spouse had the lobster grilled cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup. Hot, flavorful, seasoned just right. Very courteous staff. A great lunch before a concert at the Granbury Opera House.
