I only ever go there for breakfast burritos and they can't even seem to get that right nor can they read the order properly to understand that I want extra pecans a sauce with my burritos. When we came in with six adults and four small children they were closing the dine in area. Amy the manager let us in and was very professional and kind even with all of us causing noise and making a mess while eating. She made sure our orders were correct and fresh.
I work by this McDonald's so I'm here pretty often, This place is great, staff is super friendly, especially Ada who works the window, she makes ordering fun ( which I never knew was possible). My order is always right and even when they are busy they move quick and get through the line fast!
I ordered 2 hamburgers and a large fry And the large drink. They had me pull off to the side because the fries weren't ready... Over 20 minutes later they came out with scolding hot fries with absolutely no salt on them, and my burgers were ice cold... Avoid that location thanks Grand Blanc!!!
I ordered spicy 🔥 by accident and I went in to exchange it. The staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes. I kept saying excuse me and hello. Then finally someone came and exchanged my order.

Corporate needs to audit this Franchise. No one wears hats or uniforms. Horrible service & food. Ray Crock would be embarrassed. Owners should be present in this location.
