Even though they have younger employees, they really are polite and professional
I LOVE this McDonald’s!!! The restaurant is always clean, my food is always hot and delicious, but the staff is my most favorite. Vonnie is so upbeat and is always striving to make the customers happy. Most people see her for less than 15 seconds but she makes the day brighter. Every staff member there is so pleasant and kind. I appreciate all of you at the GL McDonald’s! Thank you for being a stellar group of people.

We go through the drive-through. And I love ❤️ breakfast! My favorite is the bagel 🥯 with scrambled egg, cheese & sausage. The person at the pay window always smiles & thanks you for coming; the same when you pull up to the 2nd window to get your food. Always pleasant & thanks you with a big smile for coming to McDonald's!!!!
There's a very small play area inside for kids, it's enough for some fun. Mobile ordering and pickup is spot on. They handle busy periods well and have only had a few minor mistakes with orders. Solid McDonald's location.

I run through here at least once a week, but often more. The service at this location is always impressive, the lines move very quickly, and our order is almost always accurate. I am very impressed that despite COVID conditions and staffing shortages, the service experience has remained consistent.

Yesterday's performance was great. Gave a 4 star because of a couple of days ago I pulled up to the speaker first, was asked to hold a moment. Mind you nobody was in the line at that time at all. Another person pulled up to the other speaker and was waited on right away and pulled forward, and so did the next person. Order was finally taken, paid, and when I got to the second window was surprised to see the person who took my order was having a personal conversation with her co-worker and thats why I had to wait while 2 other people that showed up after me get there food before me who was there 5 min before them.
The lady who takes your order in the morning deserves a medal for being awesome.
A employee walk up to my son and asked him if he would like a icecream Sunday. Naturally he accepted. Cool experience for the kid.

I used the app for the first time and was pretty happy with the results. Placed my order at home and drove to the restaurant. Once there you check in with the app, put the number of the parking spot you're in and wait.
They were super busy at 9am but it only took about five minutes to receive my order.
