Eclectic feel with exposed brick and dark lighting (upstairs) with plenty of room for guests to mingle. Couple the atmosphere with reasonable rates and good food, this makes for a good venue for private parties of 20 or more.

Was in a wedding at this venue a few weeks ago and it is an awesome location. We all had a great time and loved the set up.

We had our wedding reception here and so glad we did. Erin was a dream to work with. The food was great. Service was awesome. And I love the overall feeling the atmosphere gave. I recommended Waldron to a co-worker and his fiancé and they are actually having their reception there too. So glad we booked our event here.

Everything about the Waldron was perfection. With less than three months to plan, a friend recommended the Waldron Public House and we could not be more pleased. Erin Lindsey is simply amazing. I reached out to her and in less than one business day we were able to tour the venue. We chose to host our event on the first floor and the cost difference… it was exactly what we wanted; think exposed brick, wood, black leather, Edison lights, lounge area… Choosing options for the food tasting was difficult, as their menu is amazing! The portions were huge, the food was delicious, and the Chef even came out to introduce himself. Erin was quick to respond to all correspondence and ever helpful with suggestions or offering little extras that the Waldron could provide. She never seemed annoyed at my endless questions or repeating herself. She felt like an old friend who was as invested in our day as we were. Day of… WOW! Erin met my groom to help him w/set up and was even there later in the evening to make sure things got kicked off ok- I cannot tell you how much that meant. Our guests loved everything about the venue. It was beautiful and relaxed. The food was amazing (prime rib, bruschetta chicken, and atlantic salmon). The staff that evening was on top of everything! Jenna, the event manager and Will, the GM were accessible and extremely helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone enjoying themselves. As you can tell, I cannot say enough great things about the Waldron and its staff. This was the perfect Barfly Venture trifecta for my husband and I. First date at Hopcat, first kiss at Stella’s, and wedding reception at the Waldron! For those curious about the cost- VERY reasonable and MUCH less than what you would expect for the service and experience that you get.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They asked individuals at our private event if there was anything they needed!... and then did it! Food was very good and everyone enjoyed the carving station. Delicious and fresh. Very on trend, Richly colored, casual decor.

I booked the Waldron Public House for my wedding reception venue. The date is later this Fall, but so far Jenna has been nothing but amazing! Highly recommend this place for it's awesome atmosphere!

Had the Bangers & Mac, which besides coming with only one banger, was probably the best mac and cheese I've had from a local restaurant in GR. Perfect cheesy taste, it was served on a Nantuckett biscuit with a single banger laid on top, and then covered in a brown ale sticky onion gravey. The banger added the perfect meaty element to the dish and the biscuit soaked up the cheese very well. Our server was attentive and helpful and for a Saturday afternoon, they weren't very busy. Girlfriend got the tandoori chicken sliders, I tried a piece of the chicken and it was perfect! She also tried the Pimm's Cup punch which is Pimm's, house made ginger beer, lemon juice, and fruit salad with fresh mint. She said she would choose that over something like sangria any day of the week. Great place, give them a chance, they're very new and still working out the kinks in their service and menu.

The wait for the bill was a little long, but it was Saturday night. The Waldron Reuben was amazing, as was their chicken wontons. I will be going back.

Great Rubens and waffle fries! The atmosphere is a bit lacking but has its own appeal.
