We love Biggby! I have to tell you the crew here is awesome! Better than any other we have been to by far. Plus the music was so refreshing
We went here Wednesday, August 9 in the morning and they made the best and most accurate cappuccino out of all the locations we’ve been (and we’ve been to quite a few!) For once, it wasn’t heavy like a latte, but a light and airy cappuccino! I am unsure of the baristas name but she had brown hair. All the baristas were working very hard! Keep up the good work.
The two guys working here tonight were very friendly and accommodating. This location is generally quiet in the evening. Right across the street from the Cascade Meijer, it's very easy to get to. It can get a little bright with all the west facing windows, so plan accordingly.

Depends on the day how good they are, Sometimes the coffees are too sweet or too bitter, Sometimes they're just right. I like the donut holes, but I receives a frozen cup last time, which wasn't cool. Friendly staff. Probably wouldn't go here as often if it wasn't right next to my work.
I have the most amazing story of kindness and love. I went to this location this morning to purchase coffee for a local homeless community. When hearing what I was doing they not only agreed to purchase the box of coffee I wanted to purchase but offered another box also. I am so overwhelmed with joy I can hardly find the words. Thank you so much!
This particular Biggby provides exceptional service. They do remember their return customers. The speed, efficiency and personality of the team makes it easy to stop in. This establishment is clean, and well stocked with extras for purchase. I have been a customer for sometime and definitely will continue.
