Everyone I've seen here so far is very friendly. I always see someone cleaning when I take my kids here to play in the kids play area. But the play set always looks pretty dirty. I don't think that part gets clean very often. Besides that the floor, tables and seats and high chairs all look like they get clean regularly though.
Ended up here this morning when we couldn't get service at the Plainfield location (they were completely closed!) and could not have been happier! My father still raves about the Senior Coffee and our McMuffin sandwiches were warm and delicious. They were assembled and prepared with care which was a nice change. Great job Northland Dr! ðŸ¤
it's mcdonalds, what can I say that you don't already know. prices going up while quality stays the same. nobody knows what exactly is in the "food" they feed you. for the price, I would rather go to a local mom n pop restaurant with locally sourced non-gmo food options

Fast friendly service and the food was fresh and hot! The seating area was clean!
Wonderful staff. Food was hot, but not truly fresh. Bathrooms were clean, but the floors were sticky everywhere.
Took my grandson for a Ice cream sundae and a small fry. He loved it lol.
It was great. An Quarter Pounder Deluxe, large fries, and a coke.
I ordered a bacon Mcdouble & they forgot to put the bacon on it

McDonald's reputation is well served at this location. Wish they would not start cleaning the ice cream machine so early so we could get a sweet tooth fix closer to their closing time.
