I can only comment on the quality of the food since is was ordered and brought out to an outside table by someone else.
Best chicken strips I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Each strip was done perfectly. The waffle fries were also done perfectly. Topped off with a chocolate shake that was excellent.
This was my first experience getting food from this location and I’d rate the food excellent!
Visited yesterday at lunchtime which happened to be the last day of school and release was at lunch time. Parking lot was crowded, drive thru was wrapped around and order line was out the door. People were all over the pace but we found the staff to be professional and awesome, the wait time was not bad at all and our food was delicious and hot. The only thing I’d suggest is expansion!!! It was a 5-star experience for us!

Excellent fast food experience. Not what I was expecting. Granted, it wasn’t too busy but we ordered, was handed our food and the restaurant was clean, staff friendly and food was hot! Excellent exp!

The service was EXTREMELY fast and the chicken was PERFECT. The parking was Horrible though. I would suggest that West Michigan get more of them ��� You wouldn't think that you could get food so fast that you can rave about too.

So worth the stop!! The lines are always so very long for the drive thru, so it's alot quicker just to go inside. But it's worth the wait!! They have the best chicken & waffle fries!! And you can't come here without getting the signature sauce... it's the best! 👌🏽😃 Price is a little high, but the food tastes much better than normal fast food. Always very kind, friendly staff
Great fast food place to eat with quality food products and the drive-thru goes by like it should, for a FAST FOOD restaurant! Wish every place could get it right like this place does! Maybe they should start a school for the others and teach them seriously, how can they handle 20 cars in 5 minutes and all the others are lucky to get through 5 cars in 20 minutes!!! Well done guys keep it up, also super friendly service top notch don't stop get it get it!!
This place is almost always busy and the staff here knows how to handle it. When the drive thru is packed with cars they send people out to take orders and manage the traffic, and those folks are always polite and courteous no matter what the weather is and no matter how many cars are in line. I’ve never had an incorrect order here, and I’ve never had bad food. They just do a great job.

App = Very fast service.
I work close to this place and while the lines have always been pretty fast enough to get me back to work in time more than half the time I come here, The new "fast lane" for app orders is a complete game changer for me and I love it. I've always ordered food through the app but before you still had to join into the main line with everyone else, the only benefit was not having to order while in line and you also didn't have pay in line, but with this new fast lane, I literally spend less than 5 minutes in line no matter how busy it's been and I freakin love it. Not sure if that will change as other people adopt but man I love it.
Anyways, the food has always been great and my order has only been messed up about 2 times out of the many many times I have been there and one of the time, I was called up my the manager to apologize for the mes up and was offered a complementary meal😎

So tried their side salad with avocado lime dressing, simply amazing. The fries and sandwich are spot on. Service is what i love as much as the food.
Very busy drive through service, but it moves well. Employees with hand held tablets take your order and payment while you are in line. Another employee helps merge the two lanes for the correct pick up order. The whole thing is about ten minutes even with 50+ cars in line. Food is very fresh and tasty. I'm, personally, a big fan of their sauce (which they also sell in 8 oz bottles). The walking employees (or in the guard houses) take debit and credit only. Cash is paid at the pickup window.
After a long day at work Hannah greeted me warmly. She's a sweetheart. I ate a 4 CT chicken strip meal. I always substitute the yogurt parfait with granola instead of tater fries. I come to this location several times a month. It's always the same either dine in or drive through the staff are friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Tonight Leo was the manager. He's friendly too. Ery professional.
Food was great, service was very friendly and the kids loved the play place. We came in at 12pm (lunch hour) and there was a Lacrosse team in line to order, we sat down to wait for the line to shrink while the kids played. It only took 10 mins for the Lacrosse team to get through the line, so I went up and ordered. It was surprisingly fast for how busy it was, and all the staff had a great attitude.
Super friendly staff members. Great chicken sandwiches witch is a way healthier option than shoveling our faces full of corn and soy patties. Makes me wonder exactly how dose my chicken go from egg to my burger. Are these cage free birds? Antibiotics free? We may never know because there so busy making chicken sandwiches for everyone who comes here and backs up the traffic to the busy street. Keep up the chicken ninja slinging sandwiches and you could over take mc nastys!
Hands down best fast food service and grub and speediness. Well organized. Competitors take note because you're all behind chic-fil-a. This particular location was lightening fast. Spicy chicken salad was wonderful, bit pricey. Spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect like always and over a dollar cheaper than all the losing competitors. Great job Chic fil a. Oh and was impressed with the cleaning crew running around after each table got up, sweeping and cleaning. Can't beat this place
This is hands down my favorite fast food to eat. There set up just really works for them. There's not much waiting my food has always been right and hot and the next chicken sandwich I know of.
This location is the ideal selection for family lunch. The staff is vibrant and friendly. We ordered to-go and were very satisfied with food, the service, and the overall experience in general. Highly recommended!
Chicken sandwich was okay, but had a hunk of grizzle in the middle of it that was pretty unappetizing. Service was fast and friendly as usual.
Always great service an food, 4 stars is for bathrooms that weren't that clean an were pretty disgusting.
