My server was prompt in greeting me and taking my order. My food was excellent. The dining room was clean. The staff seemed to get along well and help each other out.
I had an enjoyable meal.
The food was great our waitress was nice,helpful forgot to bring a salad she eventually brought it. But food was good steak was just right. We went for Fathers Day .
Food was amazing! Our server Tyler was super attentive, and gave my fiancé and I some of the best service we have ever received.
I always get the Sliced Prime Rib sandwich, it is the same price as a similar sandwich at Outback but is so much better! The thick slices of roasted prime rib cooked to order melt in the mouth rather than well-done and leathery like the thin slices at Outback. Even after 4-5 times having this sandwich, I am never disappointed!
I have been going here a very long time. It's my home restaurant. Good people, and consistently good food. Some of the staff have been there as long as I can remember.
Came in for a birthday dinner for our daughter. The waitress was so kind and so helpful. She was very attentive and she helped the kids first which I liked cause it made Charleigh feel important. She then brought out her birthday sundae with spoons for all and cleaned up her gift paper. Very nice. Also loved that they could watch their show right at the table and the Sunday kids meal discount. That is important to me when picking a place to eat! Thanks.
Great atmosphere....servers were friendly...food was awesome & was brought out rather quickly. The hot butter rolls were great. The bar area had live entertainment.
For being off on a side road there were lots of patrons but immediate seating. This Branns location was big. When in town. I will make this a favorite top of mine.
Nice little neighborhood bar and grill. We were staying nearby and stopped in for a few drinks. Very friendly staff.
I always enjoy the food. Great variety on the menu. Good food for good prices.
Last night took advantage of the $1 margarita's, fabulous. Also the cuban sandwich was totally awesome, so large hubby and I split it! Great food!
We love it there, it is our #1 restaurant whether it’s just the 2 of us, a small group or the entire large family! Through the years we have made friends with some of the servers, we always ask to sit in their areas, they always go the extra mile with great service! Plus it’s so close to our house!
Great Food & Superb Service !!! Keesha H. Is one of the best waitresses we’ve had in a long time. Kinda crazy, but this was our first time at the Grandville location, we never knew it was there ! Definitely will not be our last time. Our daughter was celebrating her birthday, Keesha made the celebration a great one !

Their steaks are great! Always cooked the way I love and add the mushrooms and onions with a baked potato and tossed salad. Makes for a delicious meal every time
When you can call a restaurant and order 65 take out lunches they exceed your expectation and every steak was cooked to perfection Braans is the best there is

We each had prime rib.
Great service and great food.
We meet at this location on the first Tuesday of every month (weather permitting in the winter months). Angela B has been our server 90% of the time. She is awesome! Always smiling, always joking no matter how busy or shorthanded they are, she is always attentive. The food comes out hot and correct and tasty. The lunch specials have great options. She rocks and deserves a raise!

We don't eat at Brann's often, but some friends told us it's where they go for their anniversary. So we decided to try it for the first time in a while. (It was not our anniversary, just a date night.) The place was busy and perhaps short-staffed because we waited for five or more minutes at the "Please wait to be seated" sign before being acknowledged. Once we got seated, Jafet came over began us on a pleasant evening of dining. We ordered drinks and starters. We made Jafet come back a few times before we decided on our meal. He was pleasant and patient. Our food was excellent. My wife had the steak bowl ("delicious") and I, always looking for the perfect burger, had the Bacon/Cheddar on brioche, one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had, if not overwhelming in size. We shared a brownie sundae and each of us had a glass of Bailey's Irish Cream. (Note: a shot is 1-1/2 ounces, but I doubt there was even one ounce of Bailey's in either of our glasses. This shortage did not detract too much from our experience; I mention it only so they will not be so light-handed on the pour next time.) Overall a great night out and we will likely return soon.
Our hotel front desk recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! As a matter of fact, food was excellent but service was even better!!! The waitress was awesome and she was so nice and friendly! Absolutely amazing. We ordered the Pretzel burger and my hubby said that was delicious. I ordered the cheddar bacon burger with onion rings for an upcharge and that was also delicious. I had a mango margarita and it was strong! Not some watered down alcohol but you can actually taste it. And we finished with the cookie monster and of course that was wonderful. If I am ever back to Michigan, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This was my first visit to Brann's and it was great! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! My husband and I ordered the sizzler steak. He had the tossed salad and sweet potato. I had a tossed Salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. We both enjoyed our meals. The steaks were cooked perfectly and they had so much flavor! Yum! They also served fresh rolls with a sweet cinnamon butter and we indulged in more of those than we probably should have, but they were so good! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in Grand Rapids.
I only scored lower than 5 because I feel that a steakhouse should have better cuts off meat for starters. I didn't feel that the 3 steaks that came to our table were good quality meat. I also feel that the steaks should be cooked correctly. All 3 steaks we ordered were over cooked by 1 level. I wanted medium rare and it was medium to medium well. Same concept goes for the other steaks ordered at my table. Our server was spectacular and she kept up with everything and the prices are on par with every other restaurant
The table was sticky, and the window was dirty. Seems like it could use a good cleaning. Service was great. She had her hands full. Food was decent.
Had about a 5 minute wait on a Friday night (not bad). Appetizer and food was awesome along with most polite waitress. Will be back if in the area again. Enjoyed everything!
The prime rib was a bit overdone, but still very good. The broccoli sides didn't seem as fresh as in the past. I had to ask for the au juice.
Called ahead to get on the waitlist. It was an accurate waiting time. The service was pretty slow. I get it, recent COVID shutdowns have our restaurants a little out of sorts when they’re finally opening back up. The fried chicken meal was a good value but corn on the cob this time of year is sketchy and it was. The fried chicken was a little greasy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The prime rib was a nice thick cut and came out medium as requested but cold unfortunately. They took it back and put it in the grill and heated it back up for me, but then it was over cooked. Good flavor though! Sweet potato was great with the cinnamon butter and the mushrooms were yummy as always.
Had the sizzler, and it was cooked to order and quite good. Our server was excellent; however, this location is currently hurting for staff, which understandably slows things down. My family and I are understanding of the situation, but it is still quite frustrating. However, our experience was great, despite the wait!
I have to report that I was saddened to have noticed that the fish and chips is no longer on the menu. If anyone at the restaurant is reading this, I would be so happy if this returned to the menu! And since we're on the topic of retired menu items, I would also love to see a return of those fabulous meatballs that you used to have back in the day. I really miss those!

Stopped in for lunch today and sat in the bar. Great service from our server Angie! We ordered off the lunch menu and everything was delicious. Angie suggested the street tacos and they were so good. I would suggest using a larger tortilla to hold in all the delicious fillings.
