Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time here recently. LOVED IT! Tasty sandwich. The turkey was really juicy and the toppings were fresh. The employees were super friendly. We'll be back soon.

I absolutely LOVE Firehouse! No matter which store I enter, the staff always have a great smile, and greets when someone walks into the store. Firehouse Subs is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. Also, the fact that they care for our First Responders is definitely a plus!

So go back a little over a month ago, me and my kids are walking to the dollar store. I stop in front of firehouse subs to adjust their mask before we get there. As I finished, a lady comes out and gives my kids rice krispy treats. At that moment, due to her kindness to my kids, I decided I would eventually go there and give them my business.I'd never had them and didnt plan on ever going. Fast forward to today and I decide I'm going to get dinner from there. Ofcourse my awesome timing meets with their early closing hours due to the pandemic. But the guy still gave my kids rice krispy treats! i was satisfied and grateful with that. But then another guy comes from the back with a cancelled doordash order (A sub)and says we can have it.We again give our thanks and appreciation. But as we are leaving the establishment I see him rushing out with another order that hadn't been picked up and included a kids meal. That definitely solidified this review as well as my future business! So thank you to the kind workers on duty at the granite city firehouse subs!
I love this place! Always clean. Usually quiet and the staff are kind and prompt with your order. Good portions for your $. Food has always been good.
