Me and my sweetie have found our new favorite place! The 50 cent raw oysters during happy hour are to die for. For my main I️ had fish and chips, something you would think is standard and simple but Chef Gina blew me away with this dish...crispy not greasy and absolutely delicious. We also had the jumbo pan seared scallops which were so good we took an order to go. If you’re looking for good eats, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere you must try Slack Tide.

My Husband wanted to have his Father’s Day dinner here even though we had never visited this establishment. The raw oysters were nice size, fresh & tasty ( just Tabasco right out of the shell) is how I eat them. My Hon has fried shrimp w/FF & fried okra & I had fried oysters w/cucumber salad & cole slaw. All of the food was delicious! The service staff was pleasant & attentive! We will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family�

The people that work there are great! Very friendly. The food is amazing. I absolutely love their huge peel and eat shrimp and the burgers are the best! Freshly made and huge! Don't even get me started on the onion rings! Great atmosphere! Love this place!
Best onion rings ever! Clam strips were excellent and the oyster po boy sandwiche was really good. One ☝️ f our favorite places! But disappointed that chicken livers no longer offered. You were the only place in the area with decent ones!
Both the food and the service were great, food was fresh and the atmosphere was authentic. Will recommend to others and be going back there again.
Found the Slack Tide while visiting the central Fla coast. This place rocks! Outstanding service dishing out fantastic, monster oysters, and the chef kicks out the best Fish & Chips anywhere around. If you live in this area, count yourself lucky to have the Slack Tide!

Stopped by Tuesday night for oysters, whole clams, the best onion rings anywhere. Had far more than we could eat and everything was awesome!. Also the coldest tab beer ever!
This is our must stop spot every time we go South from Melbourne.
The food is amazingly fresh! The atmosphere is exceptionally cool and if you take the time to ask the owner about it, there is a story with love and labor behind every single piece hand built into the bar. The staff is family. What else could you want? If you haven't tried this place, you're missing out!
Very quaint little place. Antique outboard motors and rods and reels decorate the inside of the restaurant.
Service was very friendly and good. The bartender was doing it all. The food was a bit slow coming out of the kitchen, but the fish & homemade chips were excellent!
Stop in the other day passing through had the fish and chips and some oysters. I spoke with the guy shucking my oysters (brent i think) as he made order and he answered all my questions even though he was busy. The bartender was also very pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be coming back later this year with family.
Great oyster and beer happy hour from 2 till 5. Friendly staff.
