This hit the spot for us after a long day. It's not anything phenomenal but it was all good. We went on a Tuesday and the garlic knots were a freebie. They were pretty bland so I wouldn't get them otherwise. My favorite pizza was the one with lots of cheeses.
We met up with our best friends for lunch at Wise Guys Pizza. When the six of us get together we can get pretty boisterous, but our server was absolutely perfect! He checked on us quite often but was never intrusive and always had a smile on his face.
The pizza was delicious!!! Three of us ordered The Hitman. Hubby is picky about chicken in his pizza but they cooked it just right. Well done but not dry. Portion sizes were generous. Two ordered the Wise Gal's BBQ and one ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. All were very happy with the taste and texture.
We'll definitely stop by again when we're in Grapevine.

Every pizza is made fresh to order. Ths place has lots of cheeses, meats, and toppings to choose from. They have a menu of pizzas or you can make your own!
The dough is delicious, slightly sweet and oh so tasty!
They serve beer and wine. The place has a cool atmosphere and great music is played!

The service was great the food was great but I thought when it said it came with garlic bread I would get a little more than a slither as seen in pic but you do get a bowl of garlic knots
Wise Guys has our go-to for pizza over the last few years. We like to support local when we can and quickly found their pizza was 1000x better than any of the big chains. Recently we had a couple of issues with some deliveries that they subbed out to a delivery service and their owner has gone above and beyond to correct the situation. Not only did he call to apologize but he personally delivered our next pizza. Add to the incredible service how much they give back to our schools and community and they have customers for life!
Haven't eaten inside WiseGuys in a while, but have been getting their carry out. We came at a busy time with lots of family's from out of town for a baseball tournament.
We were seated quickly, drink orders taken in a reasonable amount of time, Fried mac n cheese came out FAST. pizza came out pretty quickly too.
Staff was working together as we had two other people check on us and refill my tea.
So glad they survived COVID and are still in business to serve Grapevine and wherever else you come in from.
They had one of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had plus their staff was lovely!
Ok, ok - the premise is kinda gimmicky but the pizza is darned good, and the garlic knots and basil vinaigrette are outstanding. Next time I head over to Wise Guys I'm going to have a pint from their truly impressive selection of local and craft beers. The only reason why they're not getting a 5-star review is the less-than-clean dining room. I get that I came in between the lunch and dinner rushes, but that's an optimal time to wipe down all the tables and sweep. It didn't put me off (probably because my first job was waiting tables at Waffle House, back in the day when you could smoke in any restaurant - sweet mother of God, the nicotine stains!) but it DID put my dining companion off.
