We came here for breakfast and this spot is definitely the busiest on the whole street. They have a nice takeout section for the bakery/coffee and then a separate indoor seating area. We got a few different breakfast items which were all great. Our server was also very friendly, I’d highly recommend getting their caramel iced coffee it was so good.
This place was great. Very friendly and helpful staff with really good food. We had breakfast this visit and weren't disappointed. Highly recommend a visit. Be sure and try the bloody mary
I must say I am extremely pleased with this place. A true diamond in the rough. Located in historic Grapevine, I appreciated the rustic feel. I brought a group of 27 to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The place is clean and inviting. The staff is top notch. Emma was our server and she did not disappoint. Her attention to detail was on point. She kept us in fresh supply of all our needs without us having to ask. Her pleasant disposition made it a joy to interact with her. We had a ton of kiddos and she handled the entire group of us single handedly like a seasoned champ. Very well pleased. We will definitely be making this a place we frequent.
The service and the food were excellent and they split our salad for us. Happy hour wines are great!
My friend and I have deemed this our specialty and artistic drink headquarters. Simply watching the pours, It's a sight to see from quality ingredients, imported bottles, I will continue coming here hoping for a seat at the bar.

Absolutely love this place. We try to dine in atleast once a week. The servings are big so you get what you pay for. I have not had anything I did not like. Every time we have visitors, I make it a point to bring them here and they love it. Only reason I did not give it a 5 start is due to the music. Walking into Chez, with the atmosphere and style, you expect to hear lounge or coffee lounge music, especially during the day. There’s usually a funk or oldie type music playing so makes you want to rush through your food and not as enjoyable. Not a big deal but the music makes a BIG difference. Many have mentioned the same thing.
Other than that, they have an amazing live saxophone player sometimes and makes for a perfect fun evening. Love the staff and you will get great service! Great place to bring family, friends or even for a date night.
Service although super friendly was a bit slow. Our server had someone he knew come in after us. He already placed his order before we could place our drink order. Was about to leave but my wife told me to be patient. Glad she did. The food was great. We started with parmesan truffle fries they were crispy and covered with toppings. My wife had the tomato basil soup. She said it was good not too thick and served nice and hot. I had the tenderloin sandwich it was good. The chips were a bit overdone darker and too crispy for my liking. Price for the location is understandable.
