Great food, like all FB locations, but the staff here is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent burritos, great prices and great staff.
I’ve always “liked” Freebirds, but coming in today I LOVE it! Ryan Davis (name according to his manager) had phenomenal people skills and made sure we had the freshest ingredients! He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our couple of minutes with them while ordering. He was fast, efficient, and kind! Kudos for the great employee, Freebirds Grapevine! My husband and I can’t wait to come back and see him again.
Such friendly staff! Always such great smiles & kindness & quick service while listening to details. Such delicious food with so many options you choose... gluten free, meatless, beyond meat & all the normal meats & cheeses too... it serves our family well with all the different food preferences for each person 😊 We are thankful for such a good, reasonably priced restraunt option that our whole family likes! It is great that Sundays offer a kid to eat for free with each adult menu item we purchase 😃
Man, idk who the chick working tonight(2/24/22) was, but she was so incredibly nice! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and I could hear the smile in her voice. She was so patient and kind as both my kiddos, who had never been before, figured out and placed their order. Just super service and experience. Will definitely be going back!

This really isn’t a comment I would leave as a review, but I’ve tried numerous times to leave it on your Contact Us page and it won’t submit. This is about Lynnah, the assistant GM. I have had a problem the last couple of times I came into this location and today I decided to call to see if I could do something better to remedy the situation and I got Lynnah on the line. I just needed to let you know as she explained her situation to me she wasn’t making excuses she was being real about their situation and assured me I was doing everything right in my online ordering process. Then she proceeded to go above and beyond to make the situation right. She was very kind and understanding and she really did make the problem better. Not even her offer to remake the food made it better, it was her demeanor and conversation that made it better. I truly appreciate her and will for sure frequent this location again to take another chance. I just wanted you to know you had a good manager and her customer service skills are the best! Thank you for your time. For review sake, this place really isn’t bad at all. You should try it out. The food is always hot and taste great and the customer service is excellent!!
The two staff members that were working today (6/19) at 11:50 were phenomenal! Very friendly, greeted us so nicely and the food was better than other locations! We will definitely come back out of our way to go to this location because of our great experience.
Ryan is awesome! We haven't been to Freebirds in awhile, and he was patient and so so kind! We had a bunch of questions, and a kind of complicated order, and they really took the time to make our orders absolutely perfect. Thanks for dinner Ryan, you deserve a raise!
