I went in during lunch rush. About 2 minutes after sitting down my waitress came over to take my drink order and asked if I was ready to order my meal. I asked her several questions about the food and she patiently answered them.
My meal came out in less than 10 minutes along with another order of bottomless fries. The food was cooked perfectly though I wish the lettuce leaf was a bit smaller.
I never felt rushed, instead I felt welcomed. Great job, RR.
The service was great! The food was delicious as always!! Our waitress/server Tasia was lovely and smiling!! Manager came and said hello and asked if we needed anything, but our waitress was awesome so we were great!! Great friendly service!! Yes I have been here many times and keep coming!

Cheeseburger was NOT cooked how I ordered it, waiter was made aware of it, took it away and the manager brought me out a new one cooked to perfection. Thank you Gump!!!! Other than that small issue, ALWAYS a great experience at this location. Customer service is top notch!
Even though I am not a fan of the new “system” with hand helds and multiple servers, we had a great time! Such amazing service!!! Talia and Austin were soooo great even Ethan did okay 😉 our servers were attentive and energetic and absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! This was the best service we have had hands down!!!!!!! Go Greeley Red Robin team!!!!!! Especially Talia and Austin!!!!!
Great burgers and great gluten free options. Red Robin is my favorite burger restaurant. Great service

Great food as anyways. There are tons of different burgers to choose from and the bottomless steak fries are the best. Make sure to get the onion ring tower as it is super delicious! We went for dinner and it was busy but not packed. We were seated right away and got our food quickly.
Food comes out fresh and hot, drinks are plentiful and consistently refilled! Customer service was courteous and attentive. As a bonus, they are well-mannored and able to handle Billy Bob jerks that like to whine their way to a free meal.
Went and dine in for the first time and we were amazed on how fast we got our food!!! Food was so good!!!!! really friendly people, they helped us order and explained everything as we were ordering for the first time, good experience overall definitely going back again!!
Had a 20 min wait for our table, which was fine by us 'cuz this hit the spot! Tons of delicious burgers to choose from. My bf always gets either the Black and Bleu or the Banzai (he got the Banzai this time, as shown in the pics... he was ready to dig in, so it's not the best pic, lol), and I was looking for something with avocado, bacon, cheese, and veggies, so I went with the Guacamole Bacon. My bf would have preferred if he could have paid a little upcharge to have the fried pickle nickels as a (non- bottomless side), but it wasn't allowed unfortunately. Overall it was a good meal, with excellent service!
