Wonderful meal! Crab cakes were filled with succulent crab and the best I've ever had. Had the Mahi Mahi for dinner-amazing. Honey tangerine martini was hands down one of the best martinis ever, and the vanilla bean creme brûlée was to die for! Our waitress was just a sweetheart and very attentive to our needs. My friend had the oysters-she said the best she ever had. May not look like much from the outside, but Chives is a real treasure!!

Wonderful anniversary dinner at Chives at the chef's table. Chef Matt and waitress Jessica were both awesome. Food was amazing, wine was great. I wouldn't change a thing in their six course offering. I would recommend Chives to anyone seeking great food in the Green Bay area.

Our table of eight had everything from the Chives burger to steak and salmon. Every dish was excellent and the service attentive. We have eaten here often, and are never disappointed – you have to try the wontons and the French onion soup!

Excellent service and even better food! Even on a busy day the food comes out much quicker than expected! As we were leaving, every employee we passed wished us a good evening! It was our first time and we will definitely be going again!

The menu was fresh, relevant and most importantly DELICIOUS! Our table of 4 had 4 different meals (mostly specials) and they were all cooked to perfection. Scallops were perfect; both steaks were requested at different doneness and both were right on...and seasoned very well. I am assuming the cod was delicious- it was gone too quickly to ask Service was prompt and overall vibe was excellent.

By far my favorite restaurant! We have been coming here for years and always have had a great experience from the time we walk in to the time we leave! The fish specials are always delicious and flavorful! Steaks always done right! The old fashions are always the best! The whole crew at chives is fun, warm and inviting!!! Love it all! 🙌🏽🤗

Wonder dinning experience at the Chef's Table. Our little town of Suamico has a wonderful treasure. Highly recommend Chives to anyone looking for amazing food, stellar costomer service and a cozy dinning room full of local history.

We were completely blessed by the staff at Chives. Amy Calaway was our wait staff. The food was seriously amazing for the first night of Restaurant Week! Thank you!

We had heard of this place from friends as a “sister restaurant” of RYE Fine Dining, our favorite Appleton restaurant! So of course we had to try—and we’ll be back! Like RYE, they have nailed approachable fine dining. Comfortable dining room, excellent service (our server was Michael 👏👏👏, but the whole staff was very attentive and courteous), and the food was creative and delicious! We enjoyed a few specials for the evening, along with the French Onion Soup!

I heard a lot about this place and it certainly has its charm. I loved the decor and quaint feel of the bar. It was small and busy but not crowded. They have a great selection of alcohol and a nice wine list. We started with east coast oysters and chicken and goat cheese wontons. Both were exquisite. We skipped soup and salad and went straight for the main course. The monkfish was perfectly prepared and the compliment of Chinese seasonings gave it a unique flavor. The potato croquettes on the dish had a great crunch and creamy center. The chicken Marsala was a little disappointing as it was over cooked and I was unable to finish it. The green beans on that dish were some of the best I’ve ever had and the mushrooms were plump and succulent.

I had the French onion soup. It was amazing! Prices are high but quality is worth it. Wait was a little long for food on a Friday but that's expected.

Entrees are good, the atmosphere is supposed to be upper scale for the area but guests don't get that, most are dressed too casually. The go to specialty dessert is the chives ho ho. It's not worth it. Slightly frozen little taste.

Honestly one of my favorite restaurants I have ever been too. The baked onion soup is phenomenal and the lemon chicken never disappoints. The staff always do their best to be at the ready and often go above and beyond such as remembering my youngest son always asks for a stick of olives upon arrival....even when new faces are working you can tell they have received some damn good training.
