The husband and and I drove over an hour to try this place, and it was well worth it! EVERYTHING was PERFECTION! Amazing Old Fashions, and wine selection. We had 3 appetizers, truffle fries, aged bone in ribeye & lamb chops, and no complaints whatsoever. Our server Laurie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and went way above and beyond! We were having issues figuring out how to add time to our parking pass, since we are out of town, so she asked which vehicle was ours, and went out in the cold and added time for us! My only complaint is we didn’t have room for dessert. We just found out new favorite place in Green Bay, and can’t wait to return.
We came here for a surprise birthday party and it was absolutely perfect. Our server was AMAZING!! Very attentive, honest, gave fantastic recommendations, very knowledgeable on everything on the menu, made it more fun than it already was, she was just perfect for our group. I do not remember her name but it was Friday night with a reservation for Corey and Sara. Please let her know she made our night so much more perfect!! The food here is to die for!!
Visited for a celebration dinner and was not disappointed. Our server, Mark, did a fabulous job. He was very attentive and personable, and made the whole experience that much better. Dinner was delicious. We ordered mussels, a salad, a soup, steaks and a side and everything was phenomenal. Even received a dessert to go. We will definitely be returning customers.
Thank you so much for creating such a magical night for my sister and I. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and we felt so pampered and appreciated to be there. The food was immaculate. Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The best part was our server Kayle. She made sure we were comfortable and offered great suggestions. You could tell she takes pride in her work and really knows the menu inside and out. Thank you again for a great evening and a birthday we may never forget.
I visited as part of a group and enjoyed my experience. The appetizers were delicious especially the Waygu beef tartare (special). For my starter I had the French onion soup and was underwhelmed. It was oily and fairly basic. The main entree was beef tenderloin and was cooked very well. However it was under seasoned and tasted nothing like garlic. Service was excellent and atmosphere was very comfortable.
Wow where to start my waitress was amazing she was a foodie herself and gave me a excellent choice in steak sauces ( steak didn't need it but wanted to try there offerings) she on point and I blessed her for that experience.. the only thing in my meal that wasn't up to par was the cocktail sauce it didn't clear my nose so it didn't pass my cocktail sauce test good flavor though... the oysters where great. The cold shrimp was delicious as well as the lobster tails .. the bacon wrapped sea scallops were very good aswell .. in also got both soups the tomatoe basil and the French onion both soups where excellent 👍... I got 2 reserve cuts 30 day dry ribeye and 30 day dry age Kansas city strip . ...I eat at alot of 5 Star steak houses like ruth Chris and Joe vicari’s andiamo... these cuts where tier 2 steaks but on the borderline.. its also considerably cheaper... great cuts of meats both cooked perfect and delicious... the 4 level red velvet cake was rich and extravagant... this place is good you will enjoy there offerings..
This place went above our expectations.
Food: ordered bacon wrapped scallops. Side salad. Filet steak dinners. Baked potato bar. Brussel sprouts. Asparagus.
Positive: Steaks were very good! Very happy with the flavor and cut. Side salad ranch was good. Baked potato was fun and tasty. The best was the bacon wrapped scallops. To die for.
Critique: the Brussel sprouts seemed overcooked and had no flavor. We did ask for them without the truffle oil, but they were nothing. Like burnt air in my mouth. They were returned for asparagus. Way too much garlic in the mushrooms and asparagus. I understand people like a lot of garlic but I do believe this was wayyyy too much.
Waitress : we had Azaria(I think that's her name but I'm bad with names). She was unbelievable. So happy nice and amazing to get to know her. She filled up my soda without being asked and was super attentive. Her story is amazing too. She's very professional and fun.
Ambience : very nice and elegant. The bathrooms were super clean too.
We didn't have room for dessert. Lol
Overall this is one of the better restaurants I've been to since moving to Wisconsin. I will definitely be back.
I drove for a group tonight ( Tony's birthday party 🎉 ). Took them to Republic chophouse in green bay and while I was outside waiting for my group a couple of the employees came out to check ✔️ on me and asked if I needed anything. 10 minutes later they came out and brought me this delicious steak 🥩 with mashed potatoes 😋. Super delicious dinner and so very thoughtful of the staff. Thank you again Republic chophouse. And THANK YOU Jeff. 😁🍽️
