My 1st Time here, and it was great. The cashier was so fun and welcoming. Food was fresh. P.S. heard it was remodeled, it looks amazing. I do see us newlyweds returning.
Stumbled across Pollo Cabana when we were in the vicinity. Being new to Peruvian food, asked for suggestions.
The grilled chicken was tender and seasoned. The ceviche was outstanding. As this is a dish offered in other parts of the world, Pollo Cabana’s is one of the best and most generous portions I had in a long time.
Awesome! I got the charcoal grilled chicken breast with rice/beans and plantains. Chicken had a great crispy skin with perfectly tender inside. Plantains were like candy. Wish they were near me, I was just traveling through the area.
I order the 1/4 dark with plantains and green beans. The guy added yellow sauce which compliments the chicken and the plantains. The food is delicious and the service is superb. Its just too bad their restroom is out of order.
