Kurtis and Leah were awesome! Super upbeat while i was ordering and got everything accurate. Food is extremely hot. 😋 my kiddos are happy therefore momma happy. 💓 Thanks yall. Give them a raise 😉
This Zaxby's is one of the better locations in Greensboro. Always get the right order and portions of food. Other locations skimp on the chicken on their salads and forget to put egg / blue cheese crumbles on the cobb salads. For this location good service & value!
A little on the slow side. I got my food to go, the sandwich looked like a 5 yr old made it. I put it back together myself. Manager was training someone,card only line and a cash only line.. place seems unorganized no sense of detail or care. Was clean and sandwich was good.
Bad service turned good. Had asked that dip not b placed in with food because of germs. Lady recaps order but my food has sauce inside anyway😠I call back manager very nicely listen to the issue and responded in a very professional manner replacing entire meal. Thanks for caring! please speak to corporate about reconsidering putting that sauce inside with the food I had an issue where the container had dirt etc. on it and it was in the food and ended up in my mouth😟 on my chicken. Thanks again I love this restaurant ❤️
Service is great and the food is delicious! This is the only place I trust to get a fresh, well made salad from.. the salads are so large that they can be shared amongst 2 people.. toast is perfect and buttery.. money well spent
