We joined friends for a Mother’s Day brunch. While a very warm day, we were very comfortable on the outside deck. The buffet inside was as creative as any l have ever seen. The choices in every category were extensive and l did try as many small portions as possible. All were delicious! The waitress could not have been more helpful, cheerful, and thoughtful to our table of seven. A bit of a drive from Asheville, but we promise to return soon. Could not recommend more highly!
We were jut looking for a restaurant downtown that serves breakfast after our regular place has closed down, and found The Roost. We were very pleased and it will definitely be our go to place in downtown. Food and verity was excellent. We likened the whole experience to Cruise like!! Looking forward to returning!
Great restaraunt in downtown greenville. I stopped in and enjoyed the great selection for the breakfast buffet and the view of main street. At 20 bucks including tip still reasonably priced. I highly recommend .
My waitress was fantastic! I can’t remember her name but she was energetic, happy and helpful! I had the lunch special yesterday which was Pork Loin, Macaroni & cheese and Broccoli cooked in garlic and it was SO good and it was plenty of food for the price. For dessert I had the Banana Cake with toffee syrup and it was literally the best dessert I have ever had!! I will definitely be back!!
A great dining experience. Very urban dining area. Great lighting from glass ceiling; cool wine cellar; great mixologists on staff.
I had the meatloaf wrapped in bacon. Superb. Cocktails were in point and the customer service was excellent!!
We had three very good vegan meals, especially the vegetarian curry! Zach the bar manager has an incredible depth of knowledge on whiskey and picked out the perfect bourbon at a great price. I highly recommend Roost and look Ford to my next visit to Greenville.
In Greenville for business with two coworkers. Wine and drinks were great, duck street tacos as an app were delicious. Two of us had the burger, very, very good, but those garlic fries, OMG! So worth the calories. Our other companion had the roasted chicken and risotto, which he said was excellent. We sat outside on a gorgeous May night listening to great tunes (amazing 🎶), and enjoying great company, wonderful food and a fabulous city.
Roost is my second kitchen! I absolutely LOVE this place! Blossom, Tara, Eugene, Zach, Spring, Taylor, Edie, Paul, and now Nicki and Andrea, you all rock and keep me coming back for more and with guests! Your secret is getting out! Roost IS the best! Hands down in the Downtown!!! From the Farmer's Lunch Buffet to the DryRub Wings to the Saturday Breakfast to the Sunday Brunch to the Private Parties in the Pergola, we have done them all. Greenville is blessed to have you here and not in New York or Atlanta! This is home at its best!
My waiter was great! Was right there to keep my sweet tea, which was great, filled. Had the crab cake sandwich. It was so big I had to actually eat it with a fork. Was delicious!!
My absolute favorite for Sunday brunch! The staff is outstanding and the food is delicious! I had a party of 7, we all enjoyed every bite!! Very relaxing atmosphere.
Had a great time at your restaurant. We felt so welcome and the food was off the chain good. Our server was awesome and the general manager is hot & just a damn nice guy with a great accent! You gotta say hi to him for sure.
Delicious food, great service. My first time visiting Greenville and Roost was definitely a highlight! The only problem here is there is so much delicious food that it’s so hard to choose!
