My first time ordering from them and I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich with the crinkle fries. So good and I will be eating from this place again. Very happy with my order and happy with the doordash delivery guy who wore a face mask and gloves. I should have tipped him more. Maybe next time. My food was on time and it was warm to eat without warming it up. So thumbs up to the Zaxby's and the DoorDash delivery guy.
I have had amazing service every single time I’ve come in, and today I had a race there because I forgot to get a salad and they were very polite and made sure that I had it. I called ahead and explained my situation and I came right at closing and they held it for me and came out and made sure I had everything. I felt like a very valued customer and will definitely return soon! Thank you guys so much. Also the managers are amazing!
Out of all the other Zaxby’s, I must say I am pleased with their food and delivery service. This one deserves a 5 star for their delicious food and cleanliness. I love their Southern TLC Sandwich Meal - it's my favorite on the menu and the price is decent. I just wish they made their sandwiches bigger though. But I enjoyed my meal it was super delicious including the chocolate brownie.
The chicken fingers were tender and juicy and the fries and coleslaw were pretty good. I didn't eat the Texas toast because I do not like butter or margarine.
