I have never been in when I was I was not treated well! Always courteous,patient as I try to pick a flavor! However, at this time of year they don't have to wait-Winter White Chocolate is the only choice! Sorry that others have had a bad experience but mine have been favorable! Hope to get back to Greenville in time for one more scoop of Winter White Chocolate!

Polite. Well mannered. Helpful. All words to describe the staff. Delicious ice cream spot... hard to find good service sometimes with 4 children. Very patient and courteous.

A large selection of various ice cream and treats. Very clean and super helpful staff. The guy who helped me was very nice and even made my parfaits with my special request of “all the candy”
My friend and I really enjoyed them. I will add a photo, they looked as good and they tasted. It’s located right next to the movie theater and a few places to grab “real” food.
Good place but not my favorite ice cream. Nice employees and the price is good, but I find the flavor of the ice cream to not be as good as other ice cream shops.
Almost every Sunday my wife and I go there. Prices are great and Black Cherry ice cream is my favorite. The Winter Chocolate and Blueberry muffins are delicious.👌
Went there for the Stranger Things ice cream and it was GREAT. The staff where super friendly and made sure my group of 5 were taken care of. Going here reminded me why Baskin-Robbins has the best overall dessert experience to me. For some reason I dont think about them as much because I dont live close to this location.
Ice cream is creamy not hard frozen it is delicious. Will definitely be back for more!
