These girls were working their butts off and did a phenomenal job of keeping the service A+ with wonderful smiles AND the temp in there was 90+ degrees… the ac was broken… is was miserable but they didn’t skip a beat with wonderful service. Thank you girls!

I went there even though it was busy they still got my order right and very quickly and one employee in particularly her name was inessa very friendly talked with me and I had a bad day and she cheered me on.
Two out of two time my on-line order was messed up. First they neglected to include the waffle bowl. Second they gave me two pints instead of two quarts and they also forgot the waffle bowl again. I tried calling several times with no success so I drove up and demanded my money back. It's a shame
Why, do I have to pay for my Ice cream before it ready? I thought part of the Cold Stone experience is watching them mix your Ice cream? When we are being rushed to pay, and we can't see what their doing to our Ice cream. Makes me kinda nervous.
