I placed an online order for a pizza and when I arrived they hadn't received it. I work in the customer service industry and I get it, sometimes technology fails. They were welcoming and apologetic as they quickly made my pizza. The order was free along with a soda I decided to add. The pizza is still great quality despite being made quickly. I appreciate they took the effort to make the moment right for me and because of that I am giving them a 5 star rating!
The last two delivery drivers I have had were very nice. Both women, both had a fun personality and really felt like they represented Casey's perfectly. I have only had one bad order and it was a new worker so i totally understand. Great food , great service.
