Can't believe it took me this long to finally leave a shining review for the famed burger chain but here it is.
I remember when Red Robin first opened in Gurnee way back when and this location was the first time trying it.
Various co-workers and friends told me these guys are like the Applebee's of burgers. For me Applebee's has gone down hill over the years but Red Robin is still a go-to place for me.
Now I'm not gonna say "doh my God these burgers are friggin' amazing!!" but RR burgers are good quality burgers made from fresh and there's plenty of styles to choose from.
Sadly this past March marked the first time in a couple years dining in and after the pleasant experience my family and I had, told my wife we'll definitely come back a bit more often.
Great selection of beer, sleek cocktails, burgers are obviously the highlight here + bottomless fries but the menu is an all-around type with still reasonable prices, plenty of dining space with a family friendly atmoshere and the customer service is top notch here.
I really liked this past visit, wait time wasn't too bad for a corner booth, food was delivered hot & fresh, everybody enjoyed their meals and our server who was also bartending was nothing short of spectacular.
Nov. 20, 2023 I had lunch at this Red Robin for the first time.
Katie my server was great. Polite, helpful and accommodating.
I had an excellent salad and iced tea. Very good food. Fast service and a clean restaurant. I will return.
I had the scorpion burger my husband had the burnt ends and my daughter had the one with mashed Avocado on it. My daughter and I liked our burgers but by husband thought his was ok. Service was good food was piping hot.
When we arrived we were informed that there was only one server and that it would be approximately 10 minutes before we would be seated. Initially we thought about going to another restaurant. Fortunately, decided to stay. The food was good and the service was outstanding. Our server was Mel. She very awesome: friendly, engaging, funny and thoughtful. She clearly enjoys her job. We were glad stayed.
Waitress outstanding! Blue cheese burger - more like feta, did not melt but overall delicious. Chicken wrap - large portion, tasty. Love the endless sides! Will definitely return.
The experience here at Red Robin’s gurnee has been extra spectacular. The hosts / hostess are very welcoming, the service here is on point and yet the customer service is beyond the average. I enjoy my time here every time and I can say as long as nothing changes, they can consider me a regular. Thank you to management and staff every day.

Best burger place around. But, the beer ice cream shakes are even better than the burgers. I have never felt more guilty about enjoying alcohol in my life. It's that good and all of them taste great. Best part is that red robins is literally all over the country and the prices aren't that bad compared to other joints. Table service is usually amazing, nothing bad to say. Highly recommended and always bring friends, I know I will.

From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. There was a ten minute wait so the greeter sat us on a waiting area where he gave my kids chalkboards and chalk to keep them busy during the wait. We were sat with Server Mel. She was super friendly and attentive. Even though the place was busy she did not rush us to place our order. We placed our orders fairly quickly and while we were waiting she brought us a basket of fries add order to bottom with so that he had something to eat while we were waiting the food came out and was excellent so much so that my small children even ask for seconds. She kept up on the bottomless fries and bottomless mac and cheese that one of the kids had ordered we filled the drinks without even asking just step right up on the table and all of the surrounding table she had. I think the only downfall to the whole trip was having small children took many trips to the bathroom and the men's restroom was filthy puddles of standing water on the floor rolls of paper towels on the floor broken stall doors just very unkempt
Delicious burgers and a wide burger selection with many different themes and food tastes. Service is okay, could be better. The unlimited sides are really nice though I wish that they’d add a bit more fries. It seemed like they short you on fries so that you constantly have to keep asking for more basket of fries. I got a Southern Charm Burger and it was very delicious, very juicy. Wouldn’t mind coming back
8/18/20 - Visited again. Friendly staff and VERY clean establishment abiding by state and federal laws. Food was delivered in minutes.
Fries were hot and fresh. Still a great place to eat.
Excellent burgers at a fair price. I like the concept of endless fries. Punctual and outgoing waiters and waitresses. Once seated, ordered our drink w/in a minute, received drinks five minutes later. Ordered, and 14 minutes later received our food. Their cod (fish and chips) are excellent! We at high tables to the right of the bar. My only friendly advice to is replace the cushions/padding on your chairs. I'm a 255 lbs. and my rear end sunk in the middle of the chair frame 2 1/2 to 3 inches.
Crystal was a phenomenal server! She was working alone and we had better service then our WI Red Robin! Food was cooked to perfection and delicious! Absolutely recommend!
The food was excellent, I had the salmon sandwich, very tasty and not to over cooked with the wedge salad which is always great. It was my daughters birthday and they gave her a delicious free sundae for dessert. My other daughter had the Mad Love burger with turkey and gluten free bun and she really enjoyed it. Preztel bites were okay. The only drawback was the poor server was over worked, she had way to many table to wait on and had to function as the busboy as well, so unfortunately she could not be quite as attentive as one would expect. Bless her heart though she tried the best she could. In a restuarant as busy as this one is, or at least when I go there it is always packed, they should have a few more servers working.
Good place. I came in here for dinner and was seated as soon as I came in. Good menu options for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Sparkling berry was a nice drink. I ordered the Ensenada chicken platter and it was delicious.
