Very good food. We had the Sausage Rolls and Devils on Horseback to start. Fish was so Fresh, Flaky and the batter was light just like the perfect English style Fish and Chips! Service was top notch. We will be back many many times!

Wow! I've never had fish and chips before but after eating here I can say, "I'll be back"(in my terminator voice) lol. Anywho, this place is amazing. The food is great, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is very relaxing! The location is perfect on kings highway in lovely Haddonfield.

Had a delicious meal here tonight with my sister! Got the Scotch egg as an appetizer and it was amazing. My sis got the fish and chips and I got the Paddy Whack burger (ate too fast to take pics of the main course lol)! However, we managed to get pics of the amazing sticky toffee pudding for dessert which I would HIGHLY recommend. The owner / chef is extremely friendly and nice enough to come over to make sure our evening was as pleasant as ever! the wait staff is excellent. Highly recommend The British Chip Shop to anyone who’s shopping around or visiting Haddonfield for a delicious, authentic meal.

I had the fish and chips which was good. The fish was moist and fries were crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. My husband ordered the fried chicken which turned out extremely dry (the preparation included pounding the meat before breading so I think this is why it dried out)

This is the best chip shop in NJ. They accommodated our party of 12 amazingly. One out of 10 of our fish and chips wasn’t cooked all the way and they did everything they could to fix it. Super accommodating. Service was a little slow with Only one server but he was amazing and was super nice and sweet. Definitely come back again but maybe on a week night!!! The sticky toffee pudding is amazing!

Delicious and reasonably priced. They focus on a small menu and it just works. The fish batter is light and crisp with the fish inside being tender and juicy. The chips were great as well. Skip the ketchup and cover them in malt vinegar. I also had the side salad and it was equally pleasant. An all around great experience.

My boyfriend's British, he said the food was definitely Authentic. We ask to to personally give Chef compliments to Ian the Chef, and he came out and talked with us for a few minutes. A very sweet, kind man as well as the staff. Awesome food! We'll be back!

My new favorite place for some delicious British fare, a hot tea to finish and cozy atmosphere that I enjoy to soak in regularly. Swift and courteous servers. My favorite is of course the fish n chips! I get the small size and its quite plenty! Definitely a must try!

As a fellow Brit, who LOVED Friday night chippy dinners in the 🇬🇧, this is a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Proper PG Tips and a battered sausage. I mean, c’mon… what more do you need in life?!
