The hot table was nicely adorned with homely Christmas decorations by its fireplace as well this place was very spacious and had plenty of tables.
They have some good hot sandwiches, pressed in a panini, & a few vegetarian options- although you can Request any changes or options you might like. They are made fresh to order & pressed right in front of you.
My favorite is the mozzarella & tomato.
You can add an assortment of fresh vegetables, cheeses, sauces, & meats to your panini before they press it, your options could be just about limitless for making a great combination.
They have some good ones you can order off the menu or create one of your own.
They also have soups & chips.
They're quick & easy, but Hot Table can get busy!
I recently ate at Hot Table on a Friday. This was my first time at one. It was around 12:30. I was able to walk in and have my order (a salad) made right away. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Everything looked delicious. My salad was great. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. I ate in the restaurant. They were busy. Many people came and went. Most people took their food to go. Which was great. After I finished eating I crocheted for a little bit. I didn’t want to take up prime table space if they needed it. I never felt like I had to hurry up and leave as there were always plenty of tables.
i went here on a friday night and it was so clean compared to a lot of places in the hadley area when umass kids are in town! the service was amazing, max helped me and my partner even though we were a bit picky with our order. everyone on was very friendly and helpful with my food intolerances. amazing place and amazing staff!!
Great panini made on the spot with the best ingredients. Always a choice of good soups. Happy staff who treat customers like guests.
Very good food, you can order what they offer in their menu but you also have the option to build your own sandwich "paninni" the food is delicious and the restaurant very clean and organized. Parking is available for free. It's right next to the Hampshire mall and other businesses. No waiting. You also could skip the line by placing your order online
I love going to this franchise. I love having a gluten-free option. I've never had a sandwich I didn't like. This was my first time at this particular restaurant. Plenty of seating available, and once we ordered the sandwiches were ready rather quickly. I would go back to this one again.
We were happy to see several vegetarian options on the menu. Service was fast and friendly. Overall it was good but the cheese in mine didn't melt at all so the sandwich just fell apart when trying to eat it. The cheese in the kids grilled cheese did melt so maybe it was something about the size? I got the medium sandwich which was too big... I'd try again with a small and see if it works out better.
Had been to this place multiple times on my break from work. and never once did I had an unpleasant experience. All the staff are super friendly and the man who I believe is the manager wearing the grey shirt is always really kind and would ask how ur day is, even when its busy he still maintains a positive attitude. I just want to tell everyone who is reading this to know that these people at Hot Table are super stars and deserves some more recognition!
I really like Hot table. It's a nice place to have lunch. Don't let the exterior fool you its pretty big inside. Some find it pricey others don't. Depends on the customer..
Every time I go thru Massachusetts I have to find one
Amazing Panini shop. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The cookies are a must try!
Excellent as always! I order the three cheese chicken that is not listed on the menu. Very flavorful and filling. My wife loved the Mediterrean Veggie with added pesto mayo. Pleasant service as well. So much better than the larger chains!
My wife and I were out doing some shopping and wanted to try some place we havent been to. This place didnt disappoint. The sandwiches are awesome and the pumpkin soup was delicious.
My only disappointment was seeing a lack of the management having the employees follow all the health codes when it comes to hair nets. There was a young lady with very long hair that was in a pony tail and went all the way down her back. She had thin strips of hair along the sides of her face also. Due to the length of her hair it should have been in a hair net or the very least under her hat. I hope management sees this and corrects this.
They serve fresh vegetables on warm crispy Italian ciabatta panini bread. Everything on your order can be customized for you at no extra cost. I like the salads too. You simply can not go wrong with so many options.
The dining area is very clean. The decor is standard, but the fire place accent is gorgeous. Large store front windows give the seating area abundant natural light with beautiful views of the seven sisters mountains.
Five Stars!
My wife and I were moving my daughter back into Umass last week and she suggested this as a different place to try. Its a place I might have driven past but after we went in and I saw the menu I was glad she steered us there, lots of sandwich options. We got two medium sandwiches and one small plus three drinks for $30 bucks. It was more than enough food and the sandwiches were great. I would definitely go back. The staff was professional and friendly and the place was clean.
