I loved dining at this Friendly's. Julia was our server, and she was super attentive and nice. Friendly's is nostalgic. I'm glad this location sill has the traditional decor and in great shape too. The food was fresh, I had a large chicken salad, and the sundae didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend a stop in!

Me and the family stopped by here to have some lunch before going to the mall and saw this place from street side it looked nice from the exterior so we all decided to give it a try.
They have outdoor seating available.
No dress code requirement.

As you enter you will be greeted by one of the waitresses and they will take you to your table. You will receive some menus and your drink order will be asked.
They were fairly busy during our visit plus we had 5 people total and all of our food still came out promptly.
Our food came out on these neat trays and the plating was nice.
At the end of our meals we then decided to try out one other their dessert's
It was the " strawberry shortcake with icecream" ....wow it was delicious 😋
Our server did such a great job we made sure to tip her 25 percent.

Kaitlyn our server was fantastic, always here to answer questions and help with anything needed. No problems the few times I’ve been here. Always a smile on her face and never a dull moment with her jokes. Love it here!
You go to Friendly's for nostalgia. Those other reviews that are upset about not having a fine dining experience are out of line 🤷🏼♂️
The food came out hot and fast. The expanded menu led me to pause because there were so many enticing options.
I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich. I thought the size and preparation were good. The children portions were excellent.
The ice cream and sundaes are exactly what you remember.
Stop with the kids, have a great coke and revisit the fried Mac and cheese bites.
Visited the Hadley location today. Came with 2 adults and 4 kids. It was chaos. But oh my goodness the staff was just so great! The food was good and quick. But literally, the staff was so kind, helpful and just so so lovely!
Had a amazing dinner, food came out fast and my ice cream looked and tasted great.

My husband felt the A/C was way too cold so we ordered to go. Took a long time to get two fish-a-majigs and fries, but they were delish. We ate in the car in a thunder storm.
Lilah was the only waitress and she managed to get everyone’s orders out in record time! She was friendly and cheerful!

We came in 1 hour before closing, to get ice cream. We were a large party (12). Even though I’m sure the staff were tired after a long day, everyone was gracious and the service was terrific. In particular, our server Lijah Joyce, was patience and kindness itself. One of our group has celiac disease (unable to eat gluten), and she took the time to look up and even brought out the ingredients charts for what was safe for him to eat there. We are truly grateful to her.
Our waiter was amazing. So kind and respectful. The food was secondhand to this delightful experience. The waiter made the experience worthwhile. If you go to the Friendly’s in Hadley, ask for Michael. He will make your day.

I love coming to this location, the people, the service, and atmosphere is great! Definitely recommend go if you have little ones or to stop by for a dinner/lunch. They have been great to us every time. Thank you!!
Took the grandkids for ice cream and the kids loved choosing from the Friendly's menu! I took my kids to Friendly's when they were little and now the grandkids. Be sure to bring one dollar bills for the claw stuffed animal machine, kids love that! Summertime I always stop by for an ice cream cone! Lovely staff!
