Authentic Mexican food at its very best. Don't be fooled by the small location, this place does have the best Mexican food in the area. I love the chicken enchiladas, my wife likes the cheese enchiladas and I love the rice and beans. Our next time in which will be soon, i'm going to try the tacos and a burrito. Yes, the food is that good and the staff is very friendly. We have needed a great south of the border restaurant here and this place does not disappoint!
Hole in the wall. I ordered the carnetas and a chimichanga to really test the place out. My chimichanga was the best that I have had in nearly a decade, and the carnetas were everything I was hoping for as they were served on corn-tortilla's Baja style. As a boy from Southern California, this was a slice of heaven.
So happy we decided to give this place a try! Best mexican food in Hagerstown by far! El Pastor Tacos are banging! Everything is better with bacon! Going to take some friends with us next time we go...maybe Friday. I might go with the fish tacos or maybe enchiladas. Everything sounds so good on the menu so it's going to be a hard choice. :)
The carnitas tacos were perfect!! Super filling and right on point for the food we had in Mexico. It is definitely a hidden gem and I'm glad we finally stopped! Will definitely be coming back again and again! Just wish we loved closer.

This place has amazing food -- better than anything we have found closer to home in Montgomery County. Tastes very similar to what you get in Mexico, based on our meals -- fish tacos and cheese enchiladas. Cute place, good prices, very friendly waitress service. Wish it were closer.
New favorite spot in Hagerstown! Been there 2x in the last week. Can't get enough of their chorizo queso, beef tongue tacos and perfectly seasoned fish tacos! Seriously, this is a hidden gem of a restaurant in town.
Hidden Gem!!! The location isn't the best but the food makes up for it. The street tacos were so good. I usually stay clear of corn tortillas but these ones were perfect. The waitress was very helpful and made a suggestion to try the beef tongue. They were amazing and I actually preferred them over the steak. Must try this place. Great for quick, easy, and affordable lunch.
The first time we tried there food my bf and my kids and I all loved it. I love there tacos and chips with salsa. Definitely a great place to eat at.

First time here. It was great, tried the Mexican Cole slaw that came with the chips and salsa it was very good along with our meal. The Carmel chimi for dessert was awesome. Will definitely go back again.

Best tacos in town! We got the birra tacos and one chorizo taco. And we had to get flan for the sweet treat. The only down side was I wasn’t a fan of the rice and beans. But hey thats just me. Anywho I Will definitely be back.
We had a great time at Taqueria Jalisco. This is a sweet family owned restaurant and the owner's son gave us some great tips on ordering some authentic Mexican dishes like tortas (Mexican subs) and others. The guacamole is freshly made and is delicious! Their family gets fresh ingredients from farms. Staff was friendly and helpful, service was quick and timely, and food was delicious!
We were in the area for 2 weeks and we ate here 4 times! According to my 9 year old, we should give this place “all the stars.” Food is incredibly prepared with fresh ingredients, authentic Mexican dishes and spices, and great portions. We love supporting small family businesses like this one and they totally deserve it.
Recommend the Mexican street tacos, the Tacos Al Pastor (pork with pineapple) are amazing. Make sure to ask about the homemade hot sauces!
Yes. Everything, yes. Since moving here from San Diego we have been searching and searching for Mexican food that tastes like home. They have burritos you can hold in your hands, vegetarian options, Jarritos, and the best guacamole since California avocados. It’s family owned, they use fresh ingredients, and they’re just really nice. Eat here. You won’t be disappointed.
So good! Don't let the modest location fool you - as other reviews note, these guys do it right! Clean spot, fast friendly service, reasonable prices, and SO tasty. Excellent salsa and I ordered guac -- super fresh and tasty. Tacos really good including the rice and beans. I wish I lived closer :)

This place was very good. Service was excellent food comes quick. I recommend the cheese enchiladas! I would definitely come again. I live in Bowie MD, and would drive and hour and a half for this authentic food. 5/5 HANDS DOWN!

Was our First Time eating at this place. I must say that The Food was excellent!! Large portions and everything was Delicious!! We will Definitely be going back, and If you like Authentic Mexican Food. I would definitely recommend this place!!
