The food is always really fresh and hot. My mom ordered the fish sandwich last time and it was amazing. Personally I like the fried pickles. This is one of the few places I can take my kids and I know they will not only eat their food but it will be REAL chicken. My main gripe is the old bay sauce they package. Flavor wise it has a lot of promise, however it is ENTIRELY too salty, even my salt fiend wife thinks so. Maybe save some of that left over Raising Canes sauce for your next Zaxby trip?
The best peach tea I have ever had!!! I don't live in flordia so super sad. But would be here all the time. The best fast food chicken I have ever had!! Wish there was one more in the Eastern northern part of the states
I have eaten a multiple zaxby and this is by far the best one. The food has always been hot and freshly made. I have probably eaten at this restaurant over 20 times. Sometimes I drive a little farther to go to this zaxby's. If you are in the mood for chicken strips, or wings I strongly recommend eating here. They also have great cheddar bites.
My daughter and stopped here to get a salad and a boneless wing meal. As my daughter ate her wings she found hair in one of the wings. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who told us to come back and they’ll replace the meal. I went inside to return the order, and Mary, the manager came up to take care of it. Mary was absolutely wonderful. She was very nice, friendly, polite, and apologetic. She went above and beyond in replacing my daughter’s entire meal. She went back and made the meal herself, brought it to me, and opened it up for me to take a look at it. Mary, thank you so much! We need more people like you in customer service because yours was terrific. Thank you!
Usually come here for lunch, and don't receive the best drive thru intercom service but today was far beyond than normal and Alex made sure my food order was prepared the way I wanted amd he responded with professional kindness, thanks again Alex

This fast food is way better than KFC I personally think! My kids chose this one over any other! The chicken is cooked to perfection and they always get your order correct! Great job Zaxbys!!!!

I don’t regularly eat fast food but Zaxby’s is definitely one of the few I indulge in; by far one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. One thing I can guarantee about the chain is consistency, I’m always happy & satisfied with my food regardless of the location - if you haven’t tried it I recommend you check them out. The wings & things is my favorite meal! Not to mention the price is good too!
