We came here at about 11 PM and had very friendly service and great food. I was so impressed by the flavor and deliciousness of the food. I had not been in IHOP in many years, but I can tell they have simplified their menu and have a more diner style vibe now. It was a perfect place for a late night dinner.
We were finishing up our Christmas vacation and found this IHOP. So glad we did. Our food was amazing and after a slight major mixup on our order not only did our server come out to apologize so did the Chef. Our hostess Miss. Iyesha was so very welcoming and helpful to us as well as her teammates to give us a top notch customer service experience. Thank you to Chef Deon and Miss. Brianna for an awesome example of great customer service and great food. The Manager should be proud of his staff πππ
The food was delicious, satisfying and plentiful. We will be going back on March 1, 2022 for "Pancake Day" at the beginning of Lenten Season. When you go, I hope your waitress is Chrissy because she was very professional and courteous. She made our meal even the more enjoyable.
Going on a holiday is the worse it is way to crowded. And if you take out your order will be messed up. Now because holidays such as mothers day are a mess anyway. When I came again on a random Tuesday. The service was excellent, the food was nice and hot. Everything looked clean and organized. My order was exactly what I wanted.
