Nice little Café tuck back in the corner of the strip mall just off Highway one. Probably one of the more extensive menus that I’ve seen in a long time. Waitresses and staff are friendly and accommodating. Staff acknowledges you and teach you as quickly as possible. Your coffee cup definitely does not go dry. You won’t go home hungry

Grab breakfast here if you’re in Half Moon Bay! My husband and I were in town for Memorial Day weekend and happen to find this gem. It seems to be a locally and family owned…the atmosphere felt like we were home and the food was absolutely delicious! On the first stop I tried the feta omelette, served with choice of potatoes—I chose the roasted potatoes and sourdough toast. My husband had the all meat omelette with hash browns and sourdough. The omelettes were cooked to perfection with a great mix of texture and flavor. We highly recommend both! Second visit we both decided on the 2 egg breakfast; over medium for him and scrambled for me, hash browns for both, bacon and sourdough toast. We highly recommend as well! Our food was fresh and everything was served hot! We were guests at the Ritz Carlton up the road and dined at the Conservatory for breakfast our first morning and chose to come back to this cafe over the Conservatory for the rest of our stay because of the quality of food and family atmosphere. Thank you for your great food and wonderful hospitality!

Super friendly service with an amazing menu! Their El Patron Eggs Benedict was one the best eggs Benny I've ever had. I highly recommend the Taste Cafe if you're looking for delicious, authentic food!

Unassuming place EASILY missed in the parking lot but great family run vibe, service, and good food. I live 30 minutes away and would gladly come here to eat and get away from the city crowds. There are experienced hands running this place. I recognized one of the owners or kitchen/staff lead, she was in all black and seemed to be in charge. Upon asking, I found out she worked in two other large restaurants which we've gone to a number of times. Good to know.

The menu looks fantastic! Chilaquiles are my thing…if I go somewhere and see them on the menu I have to ask how they are made and if they are good. My waiter said “Best in the west!” Well, no one has answered with that before so I laughed and ordered them. OMG it was no joke, I enjoyed every single bite! Love that they were different with a meat sauce. If you are a Chilaquiles fan you must order these ❤️
