Drive thru service. Pickup lunch for a date with my husband. He loves the big boy sandwiches and I love the double decker but.

My food was always hot and fresh when I made it home..and the onion rings The best I love them lightly fried 😋 always came through the drive thru workers was always nice and polite not long of a wait..
The drive-thru speaker wasn't working but there was a sign that said to pull around for service. So I drove around to place my order. The person at the window greeted me with a nice smile and was so nice and helpful. She also apologized for the speaker not working. She double checked my order and we laughed. Food looks and smells good. She did a great job!
I was pleasantly surprised by my lunch today. As I shared w the waitress, the flavor and size of my super big boy was like stepping back in time. The bun was perfectly toasted and the sandwich was assembled and presented like it could be put on a menu. I asked for lightly fried onion rings and they came out perfect! Well done east Hamilton Frisch's! I will definitely be back! When you go in ask fort Asia and you will be treated like family!
Exactly what I wanted. Fresh Big Boy, fries, cherry Pepsi and strawberry Pie Baby. Clean, friendly and fast service with a smile.
Even though there is a lack of staff, our waitress was very friendly and prompt. The breakfast bar was not open because the cook decided not to show so the manager had to cook which was a blessing, the food was better than I have ever tasted there and was very pleased. KUDOS to the manager and our waitress. In such hectic times you all held it together with smiles on your face.
Well key is by far one of the best customer service representatives in the drive thru there can be! She is so sweet and such a people person! He just makes me want to come back to that frischs every time my family eats there! Jamy is a great manager also! Go hamilton ohio frischs!!! Xoxo
We had the absolute BEST SERVER today! I wish I had gotten his name, but he was amazing! He was worth his weight in tips!

Kind of a lengthy wait time in drive thru, not very generous with their hir fudge cake and toppings, food usually fish and hot and cooked to order, this location never seems to have a properly working machine every time I ask for a milkshake. Actually I've been frequenting this location for over ten years and haven't been able to successfully get one to date
7/8/22 - Rt 4 location, Hamilton, Oh. - Chili was the best I've had in long time and tasted great, good bean to meat to gravy mix.
Quarter Pound Cheese Burger's were great (It's a Big Boy without the center bun). Dine in service was quick and Raya was very pleasant. Not sure why this place is nearly empty on a Friday evening. This store represents what all Frisch's used to be. It is clean, bright and the food was well prepared and quick to the table. Stop here and see for yourself. Ask for Raya, she was great!

I grew up on the stuff back during high school in mid 70's when the jocks were at games and the really cool people had jobs and fast cars Friday night's at the car hops
Today I'm retired and still really cool but drive as slow as possible.
This location is outstanding. The order was accurate and the onion rings very hot.
Amazing price for a Big Boy onion ring combo for 8 bucks.

Had not been to this Frisch's since about 1987. Used to go there almost weekly back in the 60s - lots of nostalgia ( but totally remodeled with no resemblance to the old Frisch's)
Kewana was very nice and a great server. She was the only one to take care of everyone. And she did a great job! Your company is very fortunate to have her in your employ.
This location is the best in this area. We have 2 closer but prefer to drive out of our way to eat here. Husband and grandson had Fish Baskets and said it was best fish they'd had in a long time. I had pork tenderloin sandwich and onion rings...food looked like it does on commercials! Our server was great. Very pleasant and patiently answering our grandsons 20 questions! Place always clean and employees so helpful.
