I have to say that I was so impressed with the kindness that was shown to me today by the manager of this Pizza Hut, Amy. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy when I left the store. I came in to pick up my pizza and there had been a complication with my order; to correct this she sent the pizza via delivery to my house, complimentary. She even added brownies. Her kind and caring nature shined through today and really brightened our evening. Pizza from this location is consistently delicious! Thank you, Amy and the Pizza Hut team. You guys rock! ♡

Example i ordered Xtra cheese and ordering online does not specify a Xtra fee but they called me from the store to confirm I wanted Xtra even at a up charge. I appreciate that.
While my friends think I'm crazy for loving PIzza Hut, I guess its a bit of nostalgia from when I was younger. The taste takes me back. Is the pizza high quality? No... But it has that same classic taste! You can't forget the breadsticks!

The food was delicious and very warm. The delivery driver walked because our location was so close to the store. I appreciate all of the extras as well. Plates, napkins, and even some parmesan and red pepper flake packets. That was a great touch. One thing I would change is to not knock on the door so hard! Nearly scared us half to death. Plus our sleeping children. Other than that thank you so so much!

Considering I dropped my pizza and they made me another one, I have to give a positive review lol. They were all nice. There was one specific girl and her hair was dirty! When I worked in a public place people had to have clean hair. In general the manager was nice. Thanks for remaking my food lol
Consistently good pizza & breadsticks. When I ask for extra "hut favorite" topping on our pizza crust they always provide. Our order is rarely incorrect, and if it is, it's promptly corrected. The staff are friendly when we go in to pick up our orders.
The pizza is wonderful. Ordering it online and having it delivered is better than going and getting it. So this rate is for their driving service. A friend and I had ordered two pizzas calling it in and one online. When we got there, they said that our order would be 15 minutes. So we waited then an hour went past and they told us that it was still coming out, not even bothering to check. They sat around and listened to the radio not even really coming to check on us ir recognizing that we were there. I had to go up and ask. When they dis finally give us both, they had to find our orders that we're both done. They were in the pizza storage container! Under their fricken noses and they didn't bother to check until I went and asked. I'm only asking for delivery and delivery only.

Kudos to the guy working alone on Valentines Night at the Hamilton Location. Food was the best we have had from Pizza Hut.

Kelly Spears: So you're rewarded for being impatient and you're not going back? I've ordered from this location a time or two and never been given a discount. Must be nice. Some places have nights worse than others, sounds like you were the victim of that. Move on.
