The guy working is very professional, the 2 women i saw that worked there didn't even acknowledge i was there, the meat looks great.
I had called beforehand that day to ask if they sold bones for bone broth. He said they did and that he would put 2 bags aside for me even though I said I didn’t know if we could make it in that day. We did go there prior to closing that day, and sure enough, they had set aside the bones. Also bought 2 lbs of choice ribeye steaks, best ribeye I’ve ever had. Will come again.
Came in from out of state and stopped in just cuz the reviews were so good. Mandie showed us around and we left with some boudin and some smoked sausage and some chicken. The quality of the meat is superb and I dont know about around here but you sure cant find prices like this back home!

I love Tangi Meat Market for several reasons. It's fast, easy and convenient. Anywhere to get protein is a win in my book and they've got you covered whether you want a quick sandwich for lunch, or to pick up a steak for dinner. They've also got dinner bundles, and boxed specials full of various meats. I stopped in last night to pick up sliced deli meats and cheese. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And do we even talk about the thick sliced bacon? Oh my goodness.
I've passed by multiple times a week and never thought to stop in, I'm glad I did! A coupon in the Lucky Bucks catalog raised my interest, so I stopped in for lunch. First impression is clean and organized, and the calligraphy for the menu boards are so cute and neat! The little details all add up, but their panini's are the highlight of my trip! I got the club and BLT panini with two stuffed boudin balls, delicious is an understatement. My husband couldn't even finish his club, the value for money is there. The two ladies at the front were also very sweet. I'll definitely be back for lunch, and to try their well priced box specials.
Went there for the first time to buy some T bone steaks but they were out, the lady behind the counter suggested the ribeye steak for my anniversary and I have to say that was the best steak we've eaten in a long time the meat was soooo tender...only mistake I made is not taking a picture of it before and after cooking...I suggest anyone looking for good meats go there you won't regret it.....forgot to say they do have their own Butcher, i had them cut my steak 1inch thick.....delicious......
This location also cooks food. Great staff and the smoked sausage is great. Bigger selection of meats like lamb at the ponchatoula location, but this location has sausage, beef, chicken and pork.
Friendly staff, great selections to choose. We bulks of food for a party. Fresh meats and very convenient. Awesome place!
