The big daddy sandwich with fries hit the spot; I will definitely be back!
I came in with my wife to eat and the briscuit had good flavor but was a little thick
As I was getting the to go box the girl in front asked how my meal was I told her I would not be back and why she said ok.. then a gentleman approached me from the side and introduced himself as the kitchen manager...he listened to my complaint and said let him make it right. He went a remade the order which was perfect this time..we talked with Jason for several minutes and made us feel like we where important customers..the curtsiy and professionalism he showed is why we will definitely be back and I commend him for his passion for making sure we customers are taken care of....very good job.....shanes is awesome
Best ribs and sides around. Forget Cane's, the chicken tenders here are much better.
Also have beer on tap.
First of all, thank god hueys diner isnt here anymore. That place was terrible. Its replacement on the other hand is great. The manager was awesome, you could tell he was working really hard to go above and beyond to give excellent service. Our first time there today was great. Food was delicious, prices werent terrible, lots of choices, 2 dollar beers, etc. I would recommend it to anyone.
I got the sampler per suggestion and it was on point. Get the pulled pork.

Excellent food at a good price. I like to try new local restaurants when I travel and this was a pleasantly successful experiment. I had the smothered pork sandwich with mac & cheese...hubby had Big Daddy (chopped pork sandwich). Pork was good (hubby's had a little fat in it); smothered in cole slaw which was tasty; mac was excellent! Music could have been more current. Restroom was clean.
We tried this place for the first time today and we were not let down. The food was awesome, was juicy and full of flavor and just melts in your mouth.
Most BBQ restaurants cover up the taste by drowning the meat in sauce or the meat is so tough that you feel like your jaw is about to fall off from all the chew just to get a bite down but, not at Shane's, you get the full effect of the smoky flavor. The ribs, the meat just falls right off the bones.
Plenty of bang for the buck. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area.
Awesome BBQ Pork sandwich! Best I've had in a while. Fries were a little hard but couldn't finish them anyway after eating the sandwich. Friendly staff. The peach tea is amazing!!!!
The service was just ok. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. Our wings were fresh and hot. My kids grilled cheese was cooked very well. Why only 4 stars instead of 5? The tea was terrible, sweet tea was pure sugar tasting, and the unsweet tea tasted like it was from the day before. The service was just ok because no one ever came back to ask how our food was and asked if were good. We didn't have anyone refill our drinks. Other than that we will be going back there to try their other foods.
Ordered my food for pick up and informed the employee on the phone that I will be using a gift card to pay and she told me it would be no problem. Drove 20 minutes to go pick up food and got there and had to wait 15 mins at counter for them to tell me they have no way to accept their own gift cards. The lady called the owner on the phone and the owner told her to tell me 2 weeks and they will have "new system".
