I don’t do this much but I just wanted to say that the staff at this place was great when it came to fixing my order. They were very kind and had great costumer service. Two thumbs up for this place.
We love to eat at Panera Hanover. The soups are so delicious & the sandwiches are great. The baked goods are outstanding. If we have to wait a couple of minutes for our food no problem. It's worth the wait. The staff is friendly & the managers listen & fix if there is a problem. Love the fire place & the relaxed atmosphere.
One of my favorite for lunch. The food is so good and the restaurant is nice.
i had such a great experience here today.. I had a problem with my order which was fixed promptly. They have excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend visiting this lacation(:

My wife and I eat here a lot. We like Panera bread for lunch. Sometimes we even buy bread here too.
Enjoy their tomato soup with grilled cheese, or one of their pizzas. I like their pizza better than Mod Pizza that I reviewed here as well.
So order and sit back and enjoy.
Now I'm not much of a panera guy. But I saw this new chicken sandwich and thought I had to try it. I got the new Buffalo chkn take sandwich and I was great it wasn't fried it was real grilled chicken breast on a brioche with spicy pickle crunches. And ailol. Only complaint I have is they put to much aliol on it other then that excellent sandwich. And I decided to try the chicken bacon Chipotle Flatbread pizza absolutely delicious. No complaints there either. Panera out did themselves on this one

Very 1st time eating experience. Customer Service was excellent, excellent menu- something for everyone, food made fast, seating in and out, facility was clean and well kept.
