Our experience is always exceptional. Today was the best yet. After an amazing lunch, my son decided to trade his toy in for an ice cream cone (which I love is an option, btw!). Your employee, Caleb, spoke to my 4 year old instead of me to ask his questions and to help him get his cone. The smile he had ear to ear being acknowledged was amazing. Your staff is always top notch. Your business leader is doing something right!
We don't have a Chic Fil A back in Syracuse New York, so once in a blue moon when I'm going out of town & know where this Chic Fil A is I sure don't pass it up, very good food!

They have great chicken noodle soup and chicken nuggets. My favorite drink is the sweet tea. I would go everyday if I had the money. No complaints about anything at all. Great people and great place.
Great quick service Superfast through the drive-through line definitely would do drive through there again very courteous employees
This location is always packed, day or time doesn't seem to matter! But there's no surprise why!! The food is great, the employee's are polite and the place is well kept! My kid's and I love that they offer mobile ordering and that we're able to quickly grab our food. Only complaint (if you want to call it that) I have is that they've recently stopped allowing curbside orders (customers must either go thru drive thru to pick up food or park and go in, they no longer bring food out to customers waiting in their vehicles) they still deserve 5 ⭐ thou🤩
Always great food and phenomenal service. They take care of you and even go above and beyond when you wait longer than they think is acceptable. This is my local Chick file a and we go here often. Always great service and the food is never off.
So Chick Fil A is a habit I guess. I love their chicken. Very good sandwich. Went back the next day and got the original again.
My only complaint would be that they have only one size of milkshake-small. It seems the price is still the same as a large used to be.
The entrance into the drive thru could be a little confusing if you're not paying attention.
My Pleasure! Chick-fil-a here in Hanover offers the typical kindness you'd expect at any Chick-fil-a location. The food is delicious, facility is clean, and they work very hard to get the product out in a timely manner. I've dined in and gotten take out here and my only complaint is the parking lot. There are not enough spaces for the business they receive and the drive through line is usually, incredibly long. This shows how great the business is and how good the food is, but sometimes limits my option to somewhere else due to time constraints with work. If you're on a lunch break, I wouldn't make Chick-fil-a my number 1 stop due to this, but if I have time to spare, I'll head over for one of the wraps or a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickle and Buffalo sauce. And who could possibly go wrong with a frozen lemonade!?
Food is always great along with the smiling faces. They made a mistake in our order and fixed it without fussing and with a positive attitude. Some other places should take notes!
Went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon; order was taken promptly and food ready shortly after (almost no waiting other than the time it took for the cars up front to be handed their orders).
