One of Hanover's best kept secrets, perhaps? You'll find this cozy craft pizza spot inside the Hanover market place. A husband and wife have teamed together to offer thoughtfully and creatively inspired neapolitan style pizza baked in a wood burning pizza oven. Wow, be prepared for fantastic food. This pizza definitely competes with similar offerings normally found in larger metropolitan areas in the U.S. We had three people in our group, so we tried one of each of their classic, specialty and white pizzas. The bake was perfect, each pizza had a unique flavor, and the dough was simply excellent. Black bubbled edges with thin interior crust, slight crisp on the bottom and mostly chewy. If you like neapolitan style pizza, you must go. If you've never had it before, Artisans & Oak is the place to try. Bon Appetit!

By far best pizza in Hanover, PA- probably best pizza in about 100 miles. Wood fired oven, great ingredients! Really good! Sorry I ate a slice before I took the picture lol

Fantastic little pizzeria! Cute location in the market. Ingredients are phenomenal from the crust up. Amazing local cheeses from Caputo Bros in Spring Grove.

Stopped in when visiting the farmers market. Their pizza is legit. I'm from NY and I take pizza seriously, this is a must-eat destination. Everything is scratch made and perfectly executed. I got the margherita, and you should too. Light/thin/crispy crust, good sauce, fresh mootz, at a reasonable price. Please support what they are doing and support real pizza! I look forward to returning and trying their other offerings!

Artisans & Oak truly provides something that is much more than just your run of the mill pizza. It is easy to call yourself “craft” anything, but these guys really deliver on their claim. The pizza here really is made with an attention to detail and skill level a step above. With a variety of pies to try, all served by a friendly staff, there is no reason you shouldn’t check this place out next time you visit the markets at Hanover.

Hands down....best pizza I have ever eaten. Amatriciana....tomato sauce, garlic, parmesean, mozzarella, spring onions ( sliced paper thin so they just melted) Italian bacon and a dusting of red pepper flakes for a kiss of spice on top of a chewy thin crust....wood fired in the oven to perfection. 😋😋😋
