There was no wait. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Our waitress was glad we were there and got creative with our fruit cup. If you are gluten free I recommend bringing your own bread. That is how we got the fruit cup, the waitress offered fruit cup to replace the bread offering. This restaurant lives up to its name. Oh, remember to get some ice cream while you're there. Kids get it with their meal!
It has been years since I've been to Friendly's...it was clean and not too crowded. The menu selection was the same except prices were higher as they are everywhere. I will definitely bring my kids back. The only thing missing was the puzzles on the tables, but also understandable due to COVID.. loved the $1.00 sundae after having a meal special.
My wife and I have always loved Friendly's. Sadly, there are only a very few left of them in our area. They have good food at a decent price. Service was good despite being short staffed. Or course, one cannot think of going to Friendly's without getting ice cream! Yum!
Excellent service and excellent food! My waitress was bombarded as she was the only one there at the time and she explained that to me and I was fine with it. Despite that, we were in and out in less than an hour. The food was hot (except the ice cream) 😆 and absolutely delicious!
