Honestly, they have the best sandwiches I've ever had. The sour dough they make is incredible and all of their ingredients are fresh, local, seasonal and always put together for an incredible flavor combination. While the prices might be a little higher than you'd like for an every-day sandwich, I would have no problem buying their sandwiches every day because they're worth it. And the tots are equally as delectable. Great environment as well and the warmest owners you could ever meet.

I absolutely love this place! The food here is fantastic. One--because of their bread. Basically anything with it is my favorite. Two-- because they are super creative while still being homey and delicious. Get the tomato soup, you wont regret it. If you are visiting from out of town, this is a must stop. If you are local it's such an easy place to want to be a regular at because somehow it feels like home. Also, they have a monthly pop-up dinner which you should HIGHLY consider going to. A small group of people all get to sit together at one big long table while chef Seth brings out course after course of stunning seasonal delights. It really does give you the sense of belonging to a greater community and honestly it just tastes really freaking good.

Really enjoy their soups. Their sourdough bread is delicious. The sandwiches are great. I do feel as though every time I go I have been taken advantage a little bit though. The prices are exorbitant. I think ym gf and I ate there for two people for 50 bucks for lunch which for how much you get was a bit weird. Tomato soup is to die for.

Delicious food and beautiful presentation. They definitely live food. Not your average soup and salad place and may be a little pricey for students. Their pop up meal sounds like a great weekend treat. I will definitely go back.

Visited shortly before closing yesterday. The staff were friendly and happy to share their opinions on the various foods they offered that worked with being pescatarian. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, with a diverse mixture of seating arrangements, from casual, to high tops, and traditional restaurant style. The walls are tastefully decorated and scattered throughout the store are displays showcasing wide selection of provisions, coffee, tea, honey, cured meat, cheese, and beverages they offer. It is hard to imagine that at one time this building housed a convenience store and a fish mongers. I ordered the tuna sandwich to go. The sourdough bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Good sized serving of tuna with the right compliment of spread, lettuce and relish. I also ordered a large sourdough loaf to take for home. A choice I certainly didn't regret!

Delicious fresh food! A great find in Harrisonburg. We stopped in for lunch and were greeted like locals. Grilled cheese was a big hit with our 7 year old and we loved the homemade sandwiches! Will stop in again for sure.
